I could have had them come the next day but I decided to have them come an hour later. That hour later turned into almost 4 hours later BUT I did receive periodic updates that they were short handed and each time I was again given the option of being first on the list the next day. When they arrived at almost 8pm they figured out that to get to the dryer vent, they'd need to take apart a piece of our front deck. After asking our permission, they got after it and quickly took care of accessing and then cleaning out YEARS of build up in the vent. They were polite and worked efficiently. I would recommend them for anyone looking for help with cleaning their dryer vent"
