We could not have been happier with Justin and Jessica. From the very beginning they explained everything to us. The communication was great. They gave us ideas that updated our house. The crew was amazing, so professional and kind. We felt like we ended up with a brand new home and are so grateful for their help! I would highly recommend them. I had 3 different companies come to my house to give me a quote on painting the exterior of my home plus a couple of interior rooms. Justin the owner gave me a quote that was between the other two. I chose his company because he had an eye for detail and mentioned he would be willing to fix a few minor problems for free. His crew, Ervin and Francisco were very friendly and professional. They did a great job and I'm very happy with their work. I would recommend their company and plan to use them again.

I first thought that the estimate was a little hight? The work, product and customer service was worth it. I would recommend that you give Precision Painting and Construction a try

We are extremely disappointed. Communication was poor, and we were billed for items never performed. We were charged for unnecessary exhaust fans, $4,600 for mold remediation that was never done, and billed for trim footage that ignored window space. The concrete pad did not match contract specs, and no approval was sought before completion. Debris and nails remain on the property. Paintwork was substandard: doors are chipping, garage paint is bubbling, flashing unpainted, skylights not cleaned, and a door lip was never installed. Suspected rot around the sliding door frame appears only painted over. Multiple requests for resolution went unanswered for months, and when we did follow up, we were met with hostility. In our opinion, much of the work was incomplete or defective, billing was inaccurate, and the customer service unacceptable.

The painter did a wonderful job. I highly recommend them.

The men that Justin sent over to do the work were very experienced and worked hard. They went the extra mile and I'm very pleased. Jan

We loved working with Justin and the painters. They did an amazing job and having Justin back for electrical work. Amazing company to work with.

We hired Justin for interior painting all rooms, kitchen cabinets, plus front porch, & exterior trim. We also hired him for a bathroom remodel (down to studs & renovated from 1940s to modern). Replaced a front door as well. Sadly, I cannot say ANY good words about his or his teams attention to detail, as it was very poor throughout every aspect of the work. The bathtub was plumbed incorrectly & required a plumber to repair at our expense. The brand new bathroom double sink vanity was poorly installed with both lower doors cracked & plumbing was poorly installed. New shower glass sliding door was improperly installed. The new bathroom flooring left open holes in the floor to the subfloor under vanity. Nothing fixed properly when asked. Light fixtures & switches were carelessly installed in inconvenient & so appropriate places. Front door swings opposite now & light switches behind door. Serious quality issues. Endless problems. DO. NOT. RECOMMEND. Bad attitude.

DIY Quality for Pro Prices. Lots of issues with details and quality of work. Justin rushes his team and the quality of work reflects it. Finally gave up trying to get them to come back and make things right for two reasons. The first is I already have a full time job and the second I was not convinced the quality would be any better. The pictures say it all. I do not recommend based on being able to produce this quality of work myself with tools from Home Depot. I really wanted this contractor to work out for us because I have a second bathroom that still needs to be done.

Justin is great to work with! He has so much knowledge and experience. He's helped us at all stages of the remodel with excellent ideas, designs, etc. to help us get what we want built. The responsiveness and customer service has been excellent.

They fixed the stain on my ceiling from when my roof leaked and fixed the floor from when my hot water heater leaked and ruined my floor. They did a fantastic job

We hired Precision Painting and Construction for 2 different projects, and weâ re currently working on a third. They painted our interior walls, which was incredibly challenging due to molding that was adhered to the walls from the previous owner. The painting looks excellent. We also had them build a new wall with a doorway to make another bedroom out of a loft space. The wall looks beautiful. We currently have them painting our kitchen cabinets. Justin and the crew are easy and wonderful to work with, theyâ re efficient, and pay attention to detail. Theyâ re responsive when we have questions and provide accurate estimates when needed. Would highly recommend.
