Great. Mike arrived early and had the sprinkler head replaced within minutes. Checked all zones for problems.

It went well

Fantastic. I was getting ready for an out of town trip and needed repair prior to being out of town for two weeks of hot weather. Mike came as scheduled and had the job done within two hours.

Mike arrived on time, troubleshooted the problem, fixed the problem, and fixed another issue with the system. A great experience.

 We set an appointment and Mike and Sean came out, assessed the situation and fixed it within the hour. It now works great! I will continue to call Mike whenever I need help with my sprinkler system

Once Mike and his son arrived, they got right on top of things.  They worked hard digging and pinpointing the issue.  Mike gave me some good advice about maintaining the system..  I wished I had know that  since I probably won't have needed his help.  His price was reasonable.  I would definitely use them again. This is a family business so I like this.

He came was totally prepared and knew just what I needed. He was threw in less than an hour. I have had him come before and he is always very nice and does what needs to be done. I would always recommend him.

When I called he set a date to do the job only a few days later, which I appreciated. He arrived an hour and a quarter early, apparently had gotten the time wrong, but it wasn't problematic. I told him that I wanted the sprinklers adjusted so that their water (1.) wouldn't hit the foundation or siding, (2.) wouldn't hit the decks, (3.) would cover the plants that needed water, (4.) not exceed the capability of the well. He changed a couple of small sprinkler heads and made adjustments. Because it was such a simple job and I didn't want to get wet checking his work, I assumed that it had been done according to my instructions. He wanted immediate payment, and I wrote him a check. The next day, I found that there was still a lot of water being sprayed on the decks and that even more water was being sprayed on the foundation, as well as quite a bit on the driveway (where it would hit my car). I called him and left a message, which was not returned. I called again a few days later. He called back promptly, saying that he would arrive to make correction in an hour. He arrived on time, changed a couple of sprinkler heads and made adjustments, while I watched. He came across to me as feeling quite and quot;put uponand quot; (when I would have expected apologies for having done such a poor job originally!) (1.) He told me that Oregon has so much rain that it doesn't matter if the decks get wet from the sprinklers the rest of the year. (2.) He told me that the corner of the garage always would have been hit by spray, but when I asserted that such was not the case, he adjusted the head so that was not! He lives fairly close by, asked for $5 for the heads and gas, which I gave him.

Our call was returned within a days service. Scheduled an appointment. He was on time and gave us the quote.
Did the job same day.
Very happy with the service and would use them again.

Both the start up and the shutdown of my system went well

Mike was very responsive to my phone calls. He was able to schedule an appointment for the same week I called. He showed up promptly to the appointment. He deduced the problem with my system in about 15 minutes. Digging down to the old backflow device seemed to take the most time (about 2 1/2 hours). There was a leak where the new backflow device attached to the system. The crew had to re-dig the backflow device and re-glue the pipe joints. Mike came back later that evening, once the pipe glue had dried to make sure the system was working properly. I did get an invoice for the work done. My system has been working great for the past month thanks to his help.

Mike came out the same week I called him. He started with the electronic controls and then moved to the plumbing controls. Within a very short time, he had my entire system working. He also offered to reset the electronic controls to be more suitable for mature landscaping. They were originally set when the entire yard was new. I would definitely call Mike again if I have any sprinkler problems.

This was the first time that I used him. He lives really close to my area. He called me right back the first day and scheduled the appointment within the week. Everything went fine and is working just fine. The only complaint that I would have is that he didn't leave an invoice or receipt of any kind, which would have been nice to have.
