"Mimi we are very sorry you were unsatisfied with our service. You called with an urgent pipe break and the water to your house had to be turned off. We sent an experienced tech to your home right away. He fixed the pipe and was able to get the water turned back on to your home. We only use quality parts from Hunter and Rain Bird when repairing and installing sprinkler systems."

They were able to come quickly the price was reasonable the technician did a good job the only thing I didn t like and it s a minor quibble is you can t just call and reach a person you end up doing Voicemail press this press that etc. I just don t like that, but the company themselves did a pretty good job I think.

I highly recommend Oregon Sprinkler and Tree Bee. They installed sprinkler system at my older home which also involved replacing ancient water line from the street to my house. All employees were very professional, prompt and took all the time necessary to answer my many questions both in person and on the phone. They began the job earlier than the original date given at the time of the estimate. I'm always apprehensive when doing major work on my home, but Oregon Sprinkler & Tree Bee kept me informed throughout the entire process and they were a pleasure to deal with.

The job was done in a professional manner and up to code. They did a good job in restoring the work site after all the trenching. They irrigated our lawn and a large area of densely planted beds. We feel that we received our money's worth, and then some. We can confidently recommend them to anyone who wishes to have an irrigation system that is of the highest standard.
