"Wonderful job! I first called to put in a new fence around my pool and back yard. Then I called to add a fence to my side yard. Still impressed I called and had a fence and gate installed in my breezeway! Fair pricing, hand built and good eye for detail. I couldn’t be happier!"

"Chris from Vista Home Construction was quick in responding to my request for a fence replacement quote. I had quotes from a couple of other contractors, but they were very unrealistic in their estimates. Chris was able to visit the day I contacted him, he took time taking measurements diligently and worked on the quote right away. His estimate was accurate, reasonable and affordable. He happily worked with me to customize the fence to our exact needs. He was polite, punctual and offered great recommendations on the type of fence to install. When I shared this info with our neighbor, they too joined in getting their fence replaced. Chris and his team were great to work with as they showed true professionalism. Throughout the process, we had a few changes to what we wanted done and they accommodated without any issues. The quality of wood used and the workmanship is excellent. Our old fence was removed and the new privacy fence was installed in our backyard and it looks absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend Vista House Construction for being prompt, professional and absolutely worth the investment."

"Mark did a careful and thorough job of: - installing a new fence post for a pasture gate, hanging the gate very well balanced, and adding some side boards to block dogs - removing a rotted fence post, adding a new post, making holes for 3 horizontal poles which he installed - adding a t post and fencing next to another post and gate. Mark came to look at the job. He offered good suggestions and was flexible. He works carefully and efficiently. He gave a reasonable estimate for the job and delivered as promised. Quality workmanship. Pleasure to work with him. Already asked him back for another project."

"Cascade Fence and Deck was a stellar contractor for my new fencing project encompassing 190 feet of property line and a berry garden trellis. The entire staff including office personnel, estimator, project manager and field crew were professional, courteous, timely and diligent. Everyone amicably consulted with me; they responded clearly and honestly to my thoughts and questions. Demolition of my decades-old fence and installation of the new fence were performed without harm to existing landscape. I’m thrilled with the timely completion, appearance and function of my new fence and garden trellis. I hold Cascade Fence and Deck in the highest regard and would heartily recommend they be considered for your fencing and decking projects."
