From the get-go, Cesar was very professional. He came highly recommended as being competitive in pricing & expert in performance. We are happy to say that he lived up to all expectations. Though the job was in Portland, he willingly arrived to provide a free quote. He maintained good communication, always advising of any necessary changes in timing or scheduling. Together with his brother, the two of them constructed our 6' cedar fence & gates with precision & care, creating a tight fit between the boards. In addition, they took extra time to ferret out & return inferior boards that we had purchased from a discounted source. Next time we will stay out of the way & let Cesar provide materials from his reliable supplier to complete the job according to his high standards. We totally trust Cesar. He is honest & we highly recommend him. In a word, "Fantastic!"
