"When I initially spoke with them about the Angies List deal they told me how great the LED recessed lights were.  I thought that sounded good.  I also asked about the cost to put the existing light on a separate circuit.  They wouldn't give any estimate on the cost of installing the new switch.  When they came out to install the lights I was given an estimate equal to what I had already paid to install the LED recessed lights and put the other kitchen light on a separate switch. They charged a standard flat rate to install a new switch even though it required minimal effort in addition to the work they were already doing.  They also told me that the LED lights were an upgrade with an extra charge.  I wasn't happy that the cost was double what I was expecting for the deal I purchased.  I wasn't happy with the estimate for the separate switch install but they were already there doing other work and didn't want to deal with a separate trip.  They resolved the issue with the extra cost of the LED lighting that felt like bait and switch and I was satisfied.

The circuit board in our furnace failed within a couple of months (no fault of G&S). Manufacturers warranty would cover the parts cost but G&S repaired and covered labor cost under their warranty. Also they diagnosed the issue and repaired very quickly. Definitely A++ installation and service."
