"I was recently seeking a contractor on Angi for an urgent interior paint project at my home with quick turnaround time. This bedroom paint project included wall paint (2 colors; 1 accent wall), wall baseboard trim repair + paint, door trim repair + paint, door paint, and a plumbing panel replacement + paint. I explained my situation (baby on the way/arriving in weeks, nesting) and project details, and Eugene stopped by the same day to get a good look at room needing paint + repairs. "Our house was damaged by a slow water leak. Hardwood floors and drywall in our kitchen, dining room, and living room had to be removed as well as lower cabinets in the kitchen. Damaged insulation required replacement under floors and in exterior walls. Signature Restoration (owner: Andrew Lomakin) was the most professional and easiest contractor to work with of several I interviewed for repair bids. They installed, sanded, and finished new hardwood floors. They removed, replaced, textured, and painted drywall. They installed all new kitchen cabinets and restored plumbing, and appliances. They put in a new handrail and balusters between the kitchen and family room. Although not damaged by the water, we asked Signature Restoration to install a new skylight and new ceiling light fixtures in our kitchen. Their work was highest quality and quickly done. Andrew always kept us up to date on work progress and completion schedules, and his employees were very reliable and easy to work with.
