Did all new framing and even got me a great deal on the fence boards from a local supplier rather than paying over double at the big box stores. We had some obstacles to deal with, such as a sloping lot, and a wet-land setback. Pete did a good job building our garage and added small  touches that I would not have thought of that will be helpful in the future. For example, where our covered breezeway attached to the house covered up the dryer exhaust vent. Pete put an access door in our covered breeze-way so we will be able to do repairs to the dryer vent, if needed."
