Dunn delivered lumber and some of the beams weren’t up to Brayden’s standards, so he returned them and hand-picked new beams without me ever having to mention anything. Brayden Powell was fantastic from start to finish. He was thoughtful, reliable, and really talented. He replaced the rotten cedar decking on our 3 level 1700 square foot deck. He was able to save the rails which saved us a lot of money. We went with composite decking and it turned out awesome. There were some changes mid project and Brayden was able to adapt and handle everything. I would recommend him 100% to anyone interested. Finally he provides real value. His quote was thousands less than the others we received. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

Brayden was great! He built a brand new deck for us and it turned out fantastic. He was prompt and I was able to get a hold of him throughout the entire process. He even finished everything much sooner than I anticipated, which never happens in the construction world. He ripped up our existing deck- hauling everything away, and built a brand new one in just a few days. Pouring concrete footings for the stairs for a nice solid/dry landing spot. I would highly recommend him for any project you need completed.
