Builder Land did an amazing job with my project! I can't recommend them enough-very pleased with their work and the experience working with them! I have a small business that I wanted to add a shower and have the existing bathroom remodeled. From the beginning Edward took the time to hear all the details of the project and understand them, he also was very helpful with offering ideas when I was unsure of some of the design details. He has a good eye for excellence and didn't miss a detail. Edward and his crew were very professional, personable, respectful and cleanly. Within 48 hours of committing to the project he started the demo and it didn't stop until it was fully done in the projected time. 10/10 recommend going with Builder Land!

It went great! Edward is very detailed and and overall management of our project was excellent. As usual, unexpected things come up (an old home) and they were very upfront/honest about what my options were and costs. In the end, we are very pleased with our end result. Very smooth.

Save yourself money and headache! Builder Land remodeled our entire house in just TWO months while saving us tens of thousands of dollars vs other contractors. Edward specializes in high-end remodeling, yet his estimate was far lower than other quotes we received for a complete remodel. 

 Despite us adding a bunch of additional scope last minute, they were able to stay on schedule, often working long days, and occasionally even weekends to finish a project that likely would have taken most contractors 6+ months to complete. He also didn’t shy away from anything we inquired about (permitting, load-bearing structural issues, custom pass-through window installation, etc). 

 Our favorite thing about Edward is his communication. We asked questions on a daily basis, and he was always quick to respond, courteous, and gave us a lot of useful ideas and suggestions while also respecting our budget. 
If you’re in the market for cabinets and/or countertops, Edward’s partners’ pricing are unbeatable. The cabinets cost less than IKEA, were much higher quality, soft-close, and included assembly and delivery. And each slab was over $1,000 cheaper than what other fabricators quoted us. We look forward to working with Builder Land again to build our custom dream home, and we’ll enjoy our amazing remodel in the meantime!

We had a wonderful experience with Edward and his team. Edward is the most responsive and communicative contractor we've ever worked with. Builderland spent 6 weeks remodeling 3 bathrooms in our home. They were extremely respectful and pleasant to have around. It's a family-run business so everyone involved cared about the work and our satisfaction. Their pricing is very fair and competitive. All our projects turned out beautifully. We had a very elaborate tile design on our bathroom wall that Edward installed perfectly. Very satisfied. Highly recommend.

Edward responded to my request for a quote quickly and with the detail I expected. We scheduled the work and Edward showed up on time and prepped my house. Slava and Yuriy are an amazing crew of two that did an amazing job taking my bathrooms down to the studs, then rebuilding them exactly as we had specified - In 7 days!!! They were on time, courteous, cleaned after themselves every day, asked great questions to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted, and made a few great suggestions. We couldn’t be happier and look forward to using them again when we redo our kitchen next year.

Edward is knowledgeable, provided helpful options and suggestions. The estimate he provided was within $200 of the final cost. He and his team are very efficient and a smooth operating team. I volunteered to assist with the demolition, but they were so efficient I was not needed. He communicated throughout the entire project. If something came up, he provided options and suggestions that we could incorporate within our budget and into our design. Cleanup was done at the end of every day. I would recommend and hire Edward again.

Fantastic! My bathroom needed tile around the tub, new plumbing fixtures, new vanity & new floor. Try are true craftsmen, high quality work, on time, great communication & really listened & were responsive to my ideas. I love my new bathroom! They also came in about a year ago & saved a disaster kitchen remodel quickly finishing it by installing a floor & backsplash! Quick & beautiful results then as well!

Edward is great, reliable, flexible, does amazing work. It is a family affair working with his father and mother. He is really talented at his job. He was quick to respond, quick to come view the project and quote, worked with our schedule....would highly recommend him and will be having him do more projects down the road. Also, the quality of the work has been superb. Edward removed a tub and insert for bathroom with yellow walls. My husband is doing the rest of the bathroom (not because Edward couldn't, just because he wants to). Edward removed a standup shower insert, wall and storage closet in the other picture (again husband doing the rest of the bathroom).

My wife and I cannot say enough great things about Edward and Builder Land LLC. Builder Land did some work for our neighbor and we liked their work so we reached out for an estimate. Edward was timely from the moment we e-mailed him to schedule an estimate. He showed up on time for the estimate as well as having his crew at our home on the day he told us work would start and finishing when he said they would be done. Edward was proactive in keeping the lines of communication open in providing us with updates. Builder Land's pricing is very competitive and I can tell you that they go the extra mile in provide great service and quality of work! After tearing down the areas that they were working on; we observed that they replaced the original incomplete installation of the water resistant barrier and added additional waterproofing before reinstalling the stone veneer siding which is what we hired them to install. The finished project was beautiful! We are very pleased with them and their work and can't recommend them enough. We look forward to working with them in the near future on a couple other projects! Our experience with Builder Land was first rate! Edward is a pleasure to work with; he finished our job on time and under budget. And the bathrooms look great. He brought our 1964 houses three bathrooms up to date from their tired 1980's vibe. He found some issues, like a leaking toilet and fixed. We really love our bathrooms and only wish we had them done sooner.

We ordered a new door knowing that the location where we wanted to install it would need to have the doorway widened and a lightswitch moved in order to fit it. This job was a bit too big for your typical handyman and a bit small for your average contractor, and to make it more difficult the door arrived right at the beginning of summer, a very busy time for contractors. We had a time requirement for getting the door installed so we were very disappointed when we contacted contractor after contractor and got no response. Then Builder Land came to the rescue! At first they said they wouldn't be able to do the installation until after our preferred done-by date, but they were the only one out of 10 or so contractors who responded, so we decided to make do. After coming by to give an estimate and seeing the scope of the job, they were able to work us in within our preferred timeframe! Every communication was prompt and professional and they were able to get the job done to meet our needs!

It was excellent. I liked that they are honest, well priced, they are professional, work hard, they have integrity, they are skilled type of worker.

BEST PRICES AND QUALITY. You won’t find better value than Builder Land LLC. Period. I’m the cheapest person I know, so if you’re looking for the best bang-for-your-buck, read on. Not only was Edward’s pricing the best among the highest rated contractors in the area, his itemized estimate was less than half of what the design firms quoted us. And his estimate was honest; the price he quoted us was the price we paid. We were blown away by the two week transformation of our master bathroom. Edward gave us some cool European-style ideas, and Builder Land delivered an award-worthy masterpiece that looks like it came straight out of a magazine (see before/after pictures). Builder Land LLC is a family-run business, and Edward Stoul (aka Stoliarenko) is not your typical contractor. He comes from a long lineage of construction workers, beginning with his grandfather who was a carpenter; in fact, the surname Stoliarenko actually means “carpenter”. Edward grew up in Ukraine where he worked in the construction industry since the age of 16. He learned from his father Poul, who has over 40 years of construction experience and did much of the work on our bathroom. Edward attended 7 years of University in Ukraine studying construction, and has completed hundreds or remodels, both commercial and residential. In short, he is probably one of the more overqualified general contractors getting his hands dirty in the greater Seattle area. The Stoliarenko’s immigrated to the United States from Ukraine in 2015, and they have the hardest work ethic of anyone I’ve ever met. They do most of the work themselves, which not only saves their customers a ton of money, but assures a quality product. Often putting in 10+ workdays with a minimal break for lunch, they complete projects in minimal time without sacrificing quality. They take tremendous pride in their work and are all masters of their craft. If something isn’t perfect, you likely won’t have to ask them to fix it. I had not met Edward prior to hiring him for our bathroom remodel, but it was such a pleasure working with his family that I felt compelled to share. You will not find another company that matches Builder Land’s pricing, quality, efficiency, and communication. I highly advise anyone considering a remodel to consult with Builder Land before spending more money elsewhere.
