It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material. They have been responsive in bringing out the huge fans to dry the carpet underneath and returned to make sure there was no moisture left before taking the fans away. They have also cleaned the carpet in a couple of rooms and did very good work.

"I very much liked the fact that they use no harmful chemicals (we have several pets).  They made our heavily soiled and pet stained white carpet look great!  They were friendly and explained everything, gave us several options to address our particular needs.  My only complaints are they arrived 15 minutes late without calling, and the add ons came to more than I have ever paid before for carpet cleaning.  That said, it was money well spent and I highly recommend this service.
