"They told me they were confident with their process and that they would be able to remove the animal urine stains and smell from a couch. It is a velvet couch so I made sure to ask if they had a process for this material. They had the best of intentions but they were unsuccessful with the final outcome. And unfortunately after they worked on a cushion the velvet material is now permanently matted down and ruined. And still smells of urine. They tried. But, did not succeed and now I need to order a new cushion from the couch manufacturers."

"Joe arrived on time and did a wonderful job on the carpet. I reviewed it when I got there and discovered an area along the wall that didn't seem too clean. Joe came back out and redid the whole carpet, he also apologized, never complained, and wouldn't take any more money for the job he re-did. Excellent service and communication. "I very much liked the fact that they use no harmful chemicals (we have several pets).  They made our heavily soiled and pet stained white carpet look great!  They were friendly and explained everything, gave us several options to address our particular needs.  My only complaints are they arrived 15 minutes late without calling, and the add ons came to more than I have ever paid before for carpet cleaning.  That said, it was money well spent and I highly recommend this service.
