"Sound Cleaning was hired at the request of my HOA and does special services by arrangement with homeowners. They did a great job of cleaning my patio which hadn't been cleaned in 2 years. In addition, large pots were cleaned along with the windows, a couple of other patio items and the patio umbrella which was dirtied by the HOA when cleaning gutters and roofs. They did a great job, moved the heavier items, and everything looks fresh and clean. I'd definitely hire them again on my own."

Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "They told me they were confident with their process and that they would be able to remove the animal urine stains and smell from a couch. It is a velvet couch so I made sure to ask if they had a process for this material. They had the best of intentions but they were unsuccessful with the final outcome. And unfortunately after they worked on a cushion the velvet material is now permanently matted down and ruined. And still smells of urine. They tried. But, did not succeed and now I need to order a new cushion from the couch manufacturers."

"Joe arrived on time and did a wonderful job on the carpet. I reviewed it when I got there and discovered an area along the wall that didn't seem too clean. Joe came back out and redid the whole carpet, he also apologized, never complained, and wouldn't take any more money for the job he re-did. Excellent service and communication.
