"This is the third time that we have used Bjorn's Hydra Clean NW, and we are always thrilled with results of the carpet cleaning. We are now regular customers! This particular time, we took advantage of a deal that Bjorn's Hydra Clean NW offered because they were introducing a new process called dry steam, an advanced carpet cleaning system. We were quite intrigued, because the process would allow carpets to dry within an hour, since a mechanical water extraction system would remove 95% of moisture. We were also appreciative that a non-toxic chemical and softened water would be used for cleaning. I first want to mention that scheduling the appointment was one of the best I have experienced for any service provider. I submitted a request for scheduling on their website, and was called almost immediately! I scheduled the service date, and immediately received an email confirming the date. I also received reminders. Bjorn was on time, as always, and very friendly and professional, as always. We are so appreciative that our carpets look like new after the service, and this time they were dry so much faster than we have ever experienced. "Sound Cleaning was hired at the request of my HOA and does special services by arrangement with homeowners. They did a great job of cleaning my patio which hadn't been cleaned in 2 years. In addition, large pots were cleaned along with the windows, a couple of other patio items and the patio umbrella which was dirtied by the HOA when cleaning gutters and roofs. They did a great job, moved the heavier items, and everything looks fresh and clean. I'd definitely hire them again on my own."

"Honestly, I LOVE Ryan's Restoration.  This is a company I've been going to since 2010.  These are great people doing great things for people and their carpets.  I highly recommend these guys and will use them again once I move into my own house again.  There's really not much else to say, they're detail oriented and upfront about costs.  They helped me first in my apartment in 2010.  They stretched the carpet back into place so that there wouldn't be a difference shown with the final walk through.  They cleaned the carpets in my first house also in 2010 and throughout my time there.  My last service with them was in September 2014 where they cleaned my carpets for the last time as I had put my house on the market.  If there's a company you can go to again and again and see familiar faces, people who will remember you, Ryan's Restoration is the company.

"Sam was responsive as soon as I requested a quote for my job. I interviewed him and one other top rated carpet cleaner. Sam is a one man show, so, his overhead is low and he offered by far the best price. I know you have to be careful, since the old adage “ you get what you pay for” was making me somewhat apprehensive since his cost was so much less, but I had a good feeling about Sam and his abilities and work ethic. I was not disappointed. Sam was able to fit me in on two days notice, he showed up on time, and his work was very detailed and thorough. I was concerned how well he’d be able to get out some old spots and food stains on the dining room carpet, but after his pre treatment and then steam cleaning, the stains completely disappeared!. I pointed out all my concerns throughout the rest of the house and Sam took care of them. He even volunteered to work on a Turkish wool carpet that had an old red wine stain on it and spent an extra 30 minutes working on it at no extra charge. Unfortunately I’d probably set the stain years ago when I’d tried to clean it myself, but with his work and him even leaving some of his commercial stain cleaner for me to work on it longer after he left for another appointment, I was able to get the stain out, though, I did end up lightening the coloring from some of the vegetable dyes not being able to hold up to the repeated cleaning. My point is the wool rug was blemished already and probably beyond saving but Sam was willing to spend the time to do his best to help me out in addition to doing a fantastic job on the rest of my carpets. His price was over $100 less than my other bid."
