We are a small “Hands On” General Contractor that does not believe in cutting corners or using deceitful methods in practice. We have pride, and our pride is built on honesty, clarity and deliverance of a job well done. Ideal projects include, but are not limited to: Structural concrete Wood framing Decks and awnings Kitchen and bath remodels Additional dwelling units Window and door replacements Garage conversions Tile and laminate floors “Hands On" means that we personally perform the majority of tasks at hand and manage any necessary subcontractors on site. There will always be a representative present to manage questions, quality, communication, and compliance for any need that may arise in the course of a project. Our experienced team can help you with: Project management Correspondence and problem solving, with drafters, engineers, and local authorities Determination of idea feasibilities and their pursuance Burch And Sons also enjoys the challenge of doing something “Different” and encourages creative thoughts and ideas. We have a shop where we fabricate cabinets, centerpieces, corbels, inlays, and many other things in steel and wood. Given the opportunity, other mediums may be welcomed. Should you submit to us, your initial visit is complimentary. You will be provided with a “Ballpark” cost to complete your project, this constitutes an “Estimate”. Depending on the complexity of your project, this may be all you require. If not, our consultation services will be readily available. We love to do Kitchen and Bath and prefer to do most of the work ourselves, except for the obvious items. Custom finish woodwork is always a joy. We also enjoy serving our BnB owners of the Skykomish valley when they are in need of maintenance.
