After discovering issues with our ducting we received quotes from many different companies and American Pest Services was the best price by far and was not inflated by other work recommended by other companies but not needed. So glad we used them since communication was great, service was fast and they did an amazing job repairing our ducting along with cleaning evidence of past mouse infestation and mold remediation. Would highly recommend to everyone.

I use American Pest Services at both my properties. They are consistent, effective, and professional. Recently, we had an ant problem. Laurie had us scheduled within 24 hours. The technician, Mark, was super helpful and thorough. Highly recommend.

This morning I met technician Mark, who is new to the route my house is on. He did a great job, and is fantastic at communicating his findings and providing excellent customer service.

My husband and I have been very pleased with this company. Technicians have been coming to our house for a couple years. Today we had Mark de La Haye. He was very friendly and good at communicating exactly what he would do. Afterward, he explained things well. He made sure to tell us how the company would follow up.

It went very well. Mark Lee, the owner, came over to give us an estimate. He pointed out some possible rodent entries and told us how to fix them. We did what he recommended to us. On the day of the removal of existing soiled insulation, three hard-working guys came over with a big truck. They removed the old insulation and blew in the new insulation. We set traps for the rodent since but we have not caught any. Pray the rodents will never come back!

Tech arrived at end of time window 4:45p.m. of 3-5 p.m. slot. didn't get a call letting us know when he'd arrive. he was wearing a sweatshirt that had several spots on it which didn't look very professional if that matters to anyone. he seemed knowledgeable and thorough. he put extra treatment on our patio because we had large invasion there. I had told person I spoke to on phone when setting up appt. that we'd had ants for awhile and she said it sound like we had a serious infestation. I was surprised when tech said we would be charged $249 plus tax since he would need to return for a second spray. the lady on phone had quoted me $175. she didn't mention that because it was a bad infestation it'd be $249 because they'd need to come back at least one more time. I understand the extra cost but I would have appreciated knowing about both prices. i'll let you know how effective the treatment was and if we need more than just one more.

We had American Pest come out initially in May of 2018 because we were having problems with lots of wasps and ants. After their initial treatment we opted for ongoing service to control insects and rodents and have been very happy with the services. They always let us know ahead of time when they will be coming by and the technicians check in when they arrive to make sure they address any specific issues we're seeing. Everyone we've worked with at the company has been great, would definitely recommend.

The two men who handled our problem were both careful & thorough with the pesticide application. They also kept us informed re each step as to what was happening. Good crew!

It went well . There were some wasosxstill present after initial spepraying and I called to report and they came back to spray again ...... so far so good.... not wasps so far !

This team is truly first class, they really understand the buisness of removing pests, are super friendly and do the right thing. Cannot say enough great things about them.

This service went well. Booking was easy. I talked with the man who installed the traps and did the dirty work-- a nice guy who was on time. I'm now confident the rodents are excluded.

After I wrote my letter to cancel our service - and explaining what had happened - I didn't get an email or phone call from the company to follow up. I usually don’t write emails to companies explaining why we were cancelling, but felt this was important.

, When I say options, the reality is that you are pretty limited in the grand scale of things-- you have to gut the whole crawlspace and start over-- and that is just what they did-- step one was cleanout-- the crew arrived on time and got right to work-- 5 guys went to work cleaning the area and getting rid of the rats and santizing. In the end, that took several hours of hard work-- work that I am not EVER gonna do.  
They then left the crawlspace without insulation and set traps to see if some varmints return...
One did.  Dead in one of the traps.
They said that is a good thing because it means that there probably arent more rats because if a rat smells another rat-- its sushi time!  
They came back a week later to check the traps and they were clear again, which was awesome.  They then scheduled the work and came out and re-insulated the crawl again with newer, better insulation.  
The smell of urine still comes up now and again, so I called them again and they came out to assess the situation for free-- and we came to the conclusion that it is still airing out of the wood down there and they offered to fumagate one more time... but I declined.
The smell seems to more and more infrequent.

Mark Lee and his team are very professional. Their price is competitive and work is high quality.

The tech was on time, very professional and respectful.  He found the rat quickly, sanitized the insulation and put everything back correctly.  He cleaned up everything well.  
They had originally said I would need to wait until the next day because of scheduling.  However they re-worked the schedule and came out the afternoon I called.  I was very impressed with that and the responsiveness, understanding and courtesy of the office when I contacted them and I when I talked with them.

We first used American Crawlspace Cleanouts to clear out our crawlspace, change out the duct work, and to get rid of a rodent infestation down there. We then signed up for a year of monthly pest inspections with American Pest Services to ensure that the crawl space remained clear. They are always punctual, professional, and do a good job.

Technician was very nice/professional. He did his job quickly and explained everything he had done.

Overall, the work was great, and my experience was good. They were very professional and on time; in fact, they were early. They took time to explain the process. They really had competitive pricing. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Everything went great.
