"Above & beyond performance on new electric panel. A problem occurred the next day which caused 3 blackouts within 30 minutes; I called my Client Rep & the office, who promised an electrician that same morning. Well, the electrician - my Client Rep - was at my home within the hour after a 40-minute drive! Yes, he did fix the problem and it has been fine since. Also, the electrician team installed new lights in previously dark rooms (2-story garage, master bedroom, breakfast nook, AND heirloom chandeliers in a two-story ceiling! They even checked the wiring on the chandeliers! They fixed a non-working heat register and replaced a switch on the disposal. Their level of customer service is phenomenal and they have my business for good!: McCarthy Electric has earned my 5-star rating."

"He did a great job and was very friendly and helpful. He came out quickly to give me the estimate and was able to start the job in a timely fashion. Even though a family emergency came up, he was still able to complete the job in a reasonable amount of time, and still take care of his other clients. In addition to the landscaping, I needed help with something on the outside of my house, and he agreed to help me with that too, which was very nice, so I didn't have to hire a second contractor."

"Fantastic! We got several quotes on this project to make sure we were getting not only a good deal, but the right company. Bluegrass stood out from the beginning when Justin came out to start the quote. He was professional and prepared with sample materials, prior work examples, and brochures from the material companies. We are incredibly indecisive, and when we settled on Bluegrass Justin went over and above and came back out (more than once!) to help us decide on colors and specifics. And he tolerated our last minute changes well. Everyone who came out to work was courteous, friendly and respectful. We had one section of our fence removed and a new one installed, and they turned it around in 48 hours so that our (and our neighbors) inconvenience was minimal (we both have dogs). Throughout the project the crew even cleaned up daily, so that our dogs were safe in the backyard. But the deck… I’m still in awe! We replaced our existing wood deck with Trex, expanded it slightly, and added lighting. It is my new favorite place in our home. The colors are beautiful, the lighting is perfect, and Dan’s attention to detail is far above what we expected. He checked with us before making any decisions, even on things that other contractors would have just done – placement of the lighting, corner details, etc. Dan, Casey, and Justin put up incredibly well with our poor behaved dogs (they love people!), and Dan’s work soundtrack was even perfect! I’ve already recommended Bluegrass to a friend, and will be happy to again in the future."

"J&R are absolutely master craftsman at patio, walls, decking and lighting. They were professional from day 1, even when we flipped back and forth on some decisions, and we ended up with a superb back yard. I love my back yard so much now - before it was so pathetic and small and swampy. They built true to design, made sure the draining and grading was perfect, made the back yard functional and beautiful. Our kids are now loving it and we can actually have people come over now. I really love how they are so dedicated to getting it absolutely perfect for us. I would and will use them for all my landscaping work in the future. "I honestly can't remember exactly how much I spent with matt and his team but to say they were the best and most professional contractors of any kind we've worked with is easy to say. They installed landscape lighting for us as well as did lots of yard clean up, weeding, beauty bark, etc. These guys were simply phenomenal. We had some issues such as challenges with the tar or whatever it was they used to cover the cut they made in the driveway for underground electrical lines for the lighting - but they came over immediately - multiple times - to fix the job and make it right. When we called them this year - a year later - about a light not working because of neighborhood teens kicking it over - he came over and fixed it without asking for any $ (we had fully expected to pay something for his time). Yes you are paying for high quality work - but you are actually getting it."

I went with Roger's landscaping specifically because of the knowledge the owner seemed to have about my needs and he was willing to take an extra few minutes to clarify the details. They showed up exactly when they said they would and completed my project with perfection. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome and while they were here, they did a couple small things not part of the original bid for me and really made a big difference on how my property looks now.
