"This wall-to-wall carpet is in a two bedroom two bath condo owned by an elderly couple who had a dog and were unable to keep up with the cleaning as needed. He answered my request for a quote promptly and was able to do my service the same day. I have never hired a carpet cleaner before, and was not sure to what degree the carpet would need to be cleaned. It was very dirty and the job required a lot more work than we thought it would. He came in, pretreated the carpet, and cleaned it. I was amazed at the transformation. The job ended up taking quite a bit longer than anticipated, but Mr. Olson was wonderful and did not rush to get completed. I would highly recommend him and his company. Before and after picture"
