"This company is fantastic! 1. Out of the 5 companies I was considering for insulation replacement (yes 5), their quote was the only one that was itemized and understandable. You knew each task you were paying for as well as what the workers were promising to deliver, which is extremely important when dealing with contractors. I found this out having met with 20+ over the last month. 2. They had the most reasonable price, and Rory in particular worked to volunteer his expertise on what our situation needed/did not need with an honesty that is hard to come by because it did not come off as self-serving or trying to take advantage of our lack of expertise. 3. They were reliable, on time, and very communicative every step of the way. They touched base frequently about our complicated situation, they were available for price discussions, and they were direct in communicating arrival and finishing times. I was extremely impressed. 4. The individuals at this company went above and beyond the call of duty. Rory was a pleasure to deal with; he reminds me of the neighbor you want to have because he has great advice, good contacts if you need work outside his company, and reasonable suggestions for what you can do to fix things, and to boot he was extremely available. He even answered our many calls with random questions off-work hours AND he volunteered to come out himself again outside of work hours just to help figure out the steps to fixing our problem. Debbie was affable and an organized presence on the phone. The other staff we worked with- Santiago, Rafael, Luis, and Felix- were all extremely courteous and hardworking during the projects. 5. They worked to coordinate with other contractors without me having to micromanage anyone. I had a roofing company, arborist/tree service, and vent cleaners on site. They were able to navigate their own working space and work in tandem on the roof with the roofers to replace the insulation on the cathedral portion of the house when the underdeck was ripped off, as well as add baffles appropriately. 6. They brainstormed to fix problems we were having at extremely reasonable prices. Example: The attic portion of my home was missing half the ceiling (had to be removed because of extensive mold damage) and they helped me place drywall so we could replace the insulation on the timeline we initially agreed to. It saved my husband and me a lot of money and heartache. What more could you want from a company? The biggest impression I walked away with is that this company actually cares about your situation. My husband and I were purchasing a new home in need of a lot of repairs. We have a toddler and I am third-trimester pregnant. With the move, the unpleasant relationship we had with the previous owners of our home, the strain on our finances, and the overwhelming stress of finding new problems everywhere we looked, I can only say I am extremely grateful we went with Madrona Home Services. "The water in the kitchen pipes froze last winter and required plumbers to cut open some drywall to fix the flow of water in the pipes. Now that has been fixed I needed someone to install drywall and paint to match the color of the basement ceiling. Ron was quick to come over to do an estimate and he was able to accommodate my schedule, get an excellent paint match, and it was installed and painted the next day. "Pedro’s a dream to work with. First off, he’s extremely fast and does things right right off the bat. He has over a decade of experience and if anything, he charges way too little for his efforts. Secondly, he and his father-in-law are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet! I have low energy levels and am quite introverted , meaning I lose a lot of energy interacting with others; interacting with Pedro lifts up my energy and gets me excited about work and life in general. I honestly can’t recommend Pedro enough. If you have a drywall project, do give him a call. You won’t regret it! The project he’s done for me was a newly built wall with door access between the upper and lower levels of my newly remodeled house. What he put in place looks like it’s always been there and was meant to be. It’s truly beautiful work!"

Near Me Insulation LLC gets highest marks for flexibility in terms of traveling from Burlington to Glacier and completing the work with the highest skill level. The inside of my Ski Barn in Glacier has a height of 35 feet at the peak--several rooms with outside walls needed insulation. Sergio and crew also wrapped pipes and replaced window flashing with great care and expertise. Highly recommended contractor--reasonable price."
