He came and looked and took pictures. He gave me a lot of information about why and how the stone got damaged. Todd sent a formal quote the following Monday with a detailed explanation of the work that would be done. We agreed and scheduled a start date. Todd and his crew worked according to the schedule. But I have not hired plumbing service recently and my price expectation might be dated."
