He was mostly prompt and polite in answering my emails, though one day I stayed home because I was told he would show up, but did not, nor did he let me know he was held up. Clean up was so-so, they used an air blower, there was metal trimmings left on the deck, not good for the dogs. For me there was too much aggravation to hire them again."

Very little caulking around the windows and there were gaps in it. He showed me the pictures and we discussed the work that needed done. With the Fall rain season upon us, he was able to quickly schedule the work. I really appreciated this. Once he completed the work, he took me around and showed me what he did.
