"It was way too expensive for the work that was performed. They originally said that the pipes leading up to the faucet may need to be replaced and the wall opened up. Previously before engaging them. I asked for a possible quote for how much it would cost and they told me that it was up to the technician. When they came out to do the work that they would determine the amount. I asked the technician how much it would and he told me that it was up to the company to decide for how much the work would cost. When I contacted the company they told me again that it would be up to the technician to determine the how much it would cost by checking the amount of work. I could not get an answer from both of them because they would just keep passing each other on who to ask for the quote. After the project was completed, I was given the bill of about $750+ to replace the faucet, to replace the hoses and the two knobs roughly $350+ each. When I called the company about the price, I was transferred to the dispatchers and was told that I need to talk to the technician for it."

"We recently had need for a bathroom remodel due to water damage to the subfloor, and replacement of our wooden front steps and planter boxes which had been rotting and in disrepair for several years. We contacted contractors through Angie’s, and ended up meeting with six prospective candidates. The estimates varied widely, some nearly twice as expensive as others. Of all the contractors we met with, Ismael Pozos of H&S Multiservices was the only one to provide a detailed, written estimate outlining exactly what work was included in his bid. The other candidates merely took some measurements and discussed the scope of work, then provided a verbal cost estimate. Additionally, as we were aware of the damage to our subfloor and discussed this with each contractor, Ismael was the only one who went into the crawlspace to get a firsthand look at the scope of the problem. The pricing, written estimate, and extra attention to what was required to fix our issues influenced our decision to move forward with H&S. Ismael was reliable, open to changes as the projects progressed, and a pleasure to work with.
