It went great! We added an couple outlets for a bidet and a heated towel rack. Barron was great to work with and was very clean. I was totally expecting to have to repair the wall for all the wires to be run, but was impressed because there was nothing beyond a couple tiny holes! Thank you for the good work!

Their electrician Brian showed up right on time. I had bought all of the replacement outlets I thought we'd need, but as we walked the project together, it was clear that I had missed several details and bought the wrong stuff. Brian understood what was needed, and gave me a shopping list for Home Depot while he got started working. Our house was built in 1960, and every outlet we wanted replaced was its own adventure with different sized boxes and wiring. With his 30+ years experience, Brian was unconcerned, and had the job completed in a couple of hours, in addition to troubleshooting a couple of unnoticed issues which he promptly resolved. Great service from an experienced professional.

Our kitchen outlets suddenly stopped working. Jonathan was able to come out that day and quickly diagnose the issue (failed GFCI outlet) and fix within an hour. We then had him come back to install a Tesla wall charger which also only took a couple hours. Very fast, responsive, and for a very reasonable price.

Simple job, but done quickly and well. Job was not a rush job - just something that finally made it to the top of the priority list. Paid minimum house call amount as job didn't take very long. Quick response to message left on business phone and Charlie (I think his name was Charlie, I didn't write it down but wish I had) came the next day, a Saturday. He was quick, efficient and cheerful.

Baron quickly diagnosed problem, and made repair. Very pleased with the service provided. He was extremely responsive!

Called two other places with no luck on a Saturday morning. Baron answered and talked to me for a good 10 minutes on possible reasons for the issue, options, etc. Said he might be able to get his guy to come out later that afternoon. I called him at 10:30 and by 1pm (right at the time promised) Charles was at the door. Charles is a friendly and personable guy who let me tag along to learn a bit about the wiring in our house. Within an hour he had found the issue, one that i would never have figured out on my own. Solved the problem, for a very fair charge and all within an hour. Great interaction all around and highly recommend.

I called and left messsage on machine but didn’t hear back. A few weeks later I tried again and left a message. Response was quick that time. I called on a Friday and Charles came out Saturday afternoon. He arrived on time and was polite, thorough and got the job done quickly. The job we needed done wasn’t terribly difficult, but I would certainly call them again for another job no matter the complexibility. Charles was efficient and friendly and we liked him and the job he did for us. .

Replaced GFCI breaker with standard. Installed GFI outlet at head of chain.

Great, I was able to schedule the job quickly. He showed up early and got everything done. Another item required a part he didn't have but he told me where I could get it so I could do the simple fix myself. He also gave me information about replacing smoke detectors.

It went great. They arrived on time and were done before the end of the day. So nice to be able to plug multiple appliances in and not have to worry about tripping the breaker. I can also run my table saw without the lights dimming.

Baron and his apprentice showed up promptly and did an excellent job! Very clean and friendly, I would use his services again and recommend him to everyone.

Baron scheduled same week and arrived promptly. He offered several options and explained them thoroughly. He also removed the live wire left in the wall that were left from the old range hood. Would definitely call again!

Tenant said the work done did not fix the issue. Have to get another electrician to trouble shoot again.

Baron Borelli, owner of Best Built Electric, showed up at 1:05 pm on April 4, 2016.  We had purchased five new outdoor coach lights to be installed.  They were purchased to replace the previous coach lights so wiring and boxes already existed.  Mr. Borelli said the photo cells on three of the lights were defective so he cut those wires and just installed them as regular lights which had to be manually turned on and off rather than coming on automatically at dusk and going off at dawn.  This defeated the purpose of why we purchased the particular lights in question.  He was here approximately one and three quarter hours for the five replacement lights he installed.  He then gave me the option of paying him personally $192.50 or writing the check to his company for $218.00.  He refused to honor an Angie's List coupon for $25.00 off for first time customers.
I called the store where the lights were purchased to express my concern about three of the photo cells not working.  They then contacted the distributor who agreed to send replacement photo cells. When the replacements arrived I looked at the lights up close to ascertain if rewiring them was something we could do ourselves.  It was then I saw that Mr. Borelli had not removed the cardboard inserts in the lights that were used as packing for transport. I read the directions that came with the lights. It explicitly said to remove the cardboard inserts prior to installation. We realized that we would not be able to install the new photo cells as the wiring had been cut to disable the originals.  We had to hire a second electrician to have the faulty photo cells replaced. He was appalled that the cardboard inserts were still in the lights.  Long story short, the second electrician removed the cardboard packing material, installed working photo cells and voila! We have the lights working the way they were intended.
We will never use Best Built Electric again and will not/ would not recommend them to anyone else.

Quite pleased and a very quick turnaround!  I talked to Baron on Friday, Saturday he came out and gave an estimate, Monday Brian completed all the work.  Baron and Brian were both professional and the work was done great with no mess left behind.

The guy came in right away, I was now impressed with that one. It was a good experience.
