"Overall experience was very good.  Dawn provided information cheerfully and Ryan was a great installer.  Our cedar shingle roof is fairly steep and made the installation a bit challenging.  Both Dawn and Ryan were great to work with and very honest.  The only surprise for us was the $50 "Steep roof" charge.  We were not made aware of that until the day of installation.  I certainly can understand the reason for the charge, however.  Overall, A+ for the Northwest Natural Lighting Team!"
