"Ryan and his staff were great to work with and very responsive. They made working through our water damage issue bearable and I was amazed that they answered the phone every time I called. Which was a lot. I would definitely recommend them for anyone that has a water damage disaster on their hands."

Amir was the project manager and is very thorough and detailed. Vasiliy, Alex, and Vladimir were the "heart and soul" of the project. They did an excellent job and were a pleasure to work with. We are very pleased with the end results."

"We hired WATERLINE RESTORATION LLC to restore our bathroom after discovering Black Mold under the tile, ceiling to floor. From start to finish Viktor and Petro exceeded ALL expectations. We were extremely impressed by their knowledge of the process, their efficiency and attention to detail, their professionalism, and their respect shown to us by taking time to answer our questions thoroughly and clearly, and our home by cleaning up the area. In 2 days, they completed the project and disposed of the waste properly and safely. We can't thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services."

Customers say: Quick response

"Highly recommend for seismic retrofit. James is great to work with, professional, great communicator, & completely transparent. Couldn't be more satisifed with our experience retrofitting our newly purchased Bellevue home. Got us on his schedule within about a month. Beware lower price quotes from other "Big Box" seismic contractors. They often have hidden/optional costs that they are not transparent about, while James' quote is fully transparent, firm and ultimately right on par with other companies final costs. Another plus, because it's a smaller buisness, James was on site "getting his hands dirty" everyday. Give James your business, you won't be disappointed. SCB, Somerset/Bellevue."

"Hired this company after a flood in my basement. They were communicative. In terms of billing, they made adjustments to not overcharge for holidays. I did have to ask for other adjustments when they overcharged (which they honored). The job was completed in a timely manner and the quality of the work was good. I was happy with how they restored the basement."

Restore Fire Damage questions, answered by experts

Smoke smell and odors typically will not go away completely on their own, especially once the particles have penetrated porous materials like walls, floors, ceilings, and furniture. While airing out affected items can help the smell subside over time, it often lingers for months or even years. To effectively remove stubborn smoke odors, you should combine several methods. Start with a thorough deep cleaning and deodorizing using substances like baking soda or activated charcoal. Air purifiers can also help capture airborne particles. In severe cases, you may need to replace heavily damaged materials. If the smell persists after repeated treatments, consider hiring a professional smoke damage restoration company for assistance.

You may need to replace drywall because of smoke damage. If the drywall is covered in soot, you may be able to clean it, but it will require a lot of time and effort. You could spend hours cleaning the drywall only to find there is more damage and it needs to be replaced anyway. It’s usually easier and safer to remove the smoke-damaged drywall and replace it.

Yes, many providers offer 24/7 emergency repair services to prevent inventory loss.

Baking soda is an effective fire reduction method. However, flour and baking powder are very dangerous around flames. Flour is flammable and it can also conduct electricity. The combination can cause serious injury from electrical shock and worsen the situation by adding fuel to the fire. Baking powder is also not an option as it's also highly flammable.

Just about anything that can damage your roof can damage a solar panel. It’s common for panels to sustain damage from hail or falling branches. Critters can chew through the wires. Snow and heavy rainfall can cause additional wear, along with extreme temperatures, which can degrade or stress the individual components. Even the UV rays that create electricity slowly damage your panel over time.
