The service was fine, it took about a week but they dry it up. They were excellent and they did their work and they finished it.

They came in and peel off the toilet room area and they hooked that up incorrectly. The broker was broken and it keeps on leaking. It took 3 more days to dried it out and fix it, but they were able to resolved everything. They were very professional and they did a good job. Everything went well and the communication was good.

Excellent service from friendly, respectful and informative technicians. We've hired Premier to manage water mitigation for three separate incidents in our 1906 home. For the first job they won us over by knowing how to use smart moisture sensing and drying technology in a way that saved us thousands of dollars over the plumbers who wanted to start tearing out walls and ceilings that first wet night. Premier's work has continued to be exceptional on the subsequent jobs. They even made sure to finish up in time for us to have Christmas Eve dinner at home one year.
