Turns out our ceiling light just had a bad bulb but he didn't make us feel silly about it and patiently took the time to educate us and explain things to us. Also fixed our garage door which had been broken for years. Joe is awesome!"

"This was a return to the newly installed bathroom fan, the light did not work. I needed to complete dry wall near the fan, so I had asked that the light portion be wired, but not installed. It was a quick plug in and center screw. Someting I could do. But once I connected the light did not turn on. Harts was able to schedule someone the next day. It was with a diffrent electrician. No problem. He was not familiar with ceiling fixture, but was able to figure out the ground needed to be attached on the night light fixture. Which is not being used otherwise per my request. Fan and light both work."
