"So I hired Alex to stain our exterior deck with stairs. I was very, very happy with how it turned out. I really appreciated the prompt communication and timely completion. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out and I thought the price was very reasonable. I wish I had some before pictures but I forgot to take them, but here’s the after pictures. It’s quite a bit different than what it look liked."

"I called Modernized Exteriors, for a build bid on my new deck project, and they answered right away. Cameron came over with good ideas and pictures of decks that they already built. I told him I was considering Trex composite decking, because I wanted really low maintenance. He recommended Trex Transcend and I went with the Tiki Torch color. I accepted his bid on the spot. It took a while to get scheduled since it was the end of July. But when they were ready, it only took four and a half days to build my 12' by 20' deck. His crew is excellent and the finish project blew me away. It was so nice to have a project that came together so well in the end. Cameron and Nick came by the next day to make sure I was satisfied and to make sure the crew had cleaned up the work site. A job well done."

"I give the highest recommendation for Peter and Seatown Painting Solutions. Very professional. I had Peter do 4 painting projects at my house. Front Door Re-stained, outside beams re-stained, railings re-stained and deck rails painted. All projects look fabulous after completion. Peter was always very prompt, showed up when he said he would, cleaned up thoroughly during and after working his projects daily. Was exactly on budget and communicated very effectively about project. You canât go wrong in my opinion using Peter and Seatown Painting Solutions."
