"Our house is substantially larger than what they based the promotion price on, so we had to get an estimate for the additional charges. Not a problem in concept, but it took a significant amount of time, and multiple phone calls to get the manager to swing by for the estimate. I contacted them to let them know that they had left it, and said I would leave it outside by the hose-bib, where it would be easy to find. They acknowledged, saying someone would swing by soon.
