"After I met Stuart, the owner of Summit painting, I knew I wanted to hire him for my painting needs. He was very professional, knowledgeable, competent in his line of work and just a really likeable guy. I was very comfortable with him and knew it would be a good fit. We discussed the scope of work which included painting and staining of a brand new stair case (along with interior walls) and he understood my expectations. I received a very clear bid from him that outlined in detail what the job included and any potential additional charges, which I appreciated. When painting day came....I couldnt have been any happier. His guys were amazing. They were on time, extremely professional, friendly, clean and tidy, efficient and amazing painters. They all worked so well together. I just have to say I was amazed at how much care they took to cover and protect all of my furniture. I just hand my kitchen remodeled and they were meticulous in their care. I am in love with the paint job and I am so glad that I trusted my gut and went with Summit painting. "RFI built a second story deck for us. From tear down of the old structure to clean up of the site at end of the project, they were 1st class. The old deck was a true hazard and they were able to repair water damaged areas adjacent to the deck structure as well. Fred was great at offering various design options and happily answered all our questions. Without being prompted, he sent lots of pictures from start to finish, which really kept us informed since we were not on site. The deck and railing turned out beautiful. Would hire RFI again for future projects without hesitation."

"I called Modernized Exteriors, for a build bid on my new deck project, and they answered right away. Cameron came over with good ideas and pictures of decks that they already built. I told him I was considering Trex composite decking, because I wanted really low maintenance. He recommended Trex Transcend and I went with the Tiki Torch color. I accepted his bid on the spot. It took a while to get scheduled since it was the end of July. But when they were ready, it only took four and a half days to build my 12' by 20' deck. His crew is excellent and the finish project blew me away. It was so nice to have a project that came together so well in the end. "Thorough. Hand sanded and hand painted 2 coats on my older deck. Finished product is very good. Only one instance of not masking adjacent board so it got paint on it. I highly recommend Seatown Painting Solution."
