The old deck was a true hazard and they were able to repair water damaged areas adjacent to the deck structure as well. Fred was great at offering various design options and happily answered all our questions. Without being prompted, he sent lots of pictures from start to finish, which really kept us informed since we were not on site. The deck and railing turned out beautiful. "I called Modernized Exteriors, for a build bid on my new deck project, and they answered right away. Cameron came over with good ideas and pictures of decks that they already built. I told him I was considering Trex composite decking, because I wanted really low maintenance. He recommended Trex Transcend and I went with the Tiki Torch color. I accepted his bid on the spot. It took a while to get scheduled since it was the end of July. But when they were ready, it only took four and a half days to build my 12' by 20' deck. His crew is excellent and the finish project blew me away. It was so nice to have a project that came together so well in the end.
