Fantastic. He arrived early, was lovely, and did a wonderful job!

Ron Southall did a great job. We can't believe the difference in the look of our tub/shower stall (single piece). He was prompt, professional and polite. We were in a time crunch since we were putting our house on the market and Custom Bath Reglazing was very accommodating.

He was very good, pleasant, and on time. He gave us 5 years warranty. He patched it up. He did a really nice job. He cleaned up after himself. He did exactly what he supposed to do.

It was very quick, clean, the guy did a good job, they did a nice looking result, good price, very professional and quiet. I had no complaints.

They reglazed our bathtub and gave a five year warranty on the work. After 4 years the glazing bubbled up and peeled. Ron was contacted several times and asked to do the warranty work and he hung up on us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The female on the phone said, "I know we don't guarantee sinks." That was news. She gave us the number to call Ron, 425 418 9252. I left a detailed message. He did not call back. I repeated. He did not call. I called and left no information, only a number. He called and talked to my husband. When my husband described the damage, he said, "It would be easier to get a new sink." Then he hung up. He was rude, denied any responsibility, and abruptly hung up on my husband. According to the verbal guarantee we received, we still have 4 1/2 months left on our guarantee. Like a previous reviewer, we find this beautiful work is good for 4 1/2 years, and I rescind the A grade I have in 2013.

I have a mixed review, both positive and negative. They reglazed my tub about 5 years ago. On their website, they offer a 5 year guarantee for the work they do and they present you with a paper certificate stating this fact. My experience with the initial work was great. However, my tub started cracking and peeling in areas at about 4 1/2 years. I called their number several times and left a message before someone ever called me back. I told them of my issues and asked about the guarantee. The man on the phone scoffed and said he was busy and he would get back to me. He never followed through. Now it is over 5 years and the guarantee is void. So understand the initial work they did was great, however they lack integrity as they do no honor the guarantee they provide. Their follow up was very poor. And understand the glazing in my experience only lasts about 4 1/2 years. (I am guessing that is why they only have a 5 year guarantee.) Know you will have to do the repairs all over again.

My tub looks beautiful. Very professional manner and work performed. Don't hesitate to hire them.

Now our shower floor re-glaze is failing, so ......Fortunately the company offers a five year guarantee. I don't look forward to having the fumes again, but that can't be helped. I have called and left a message with their answering service. Just a note.....we had a company come in to bid on replacing the tub & shower. They saw the failing shower pan re-glaze and commented that it was happening because it hadn't been cleaned and prepped properly, causing the failure. We hope that this won't keep happening. We've decided to try again rather than replacing. BTW....I didn't get to review the repair with all the changes in Angie's list, then a death in my family (our son) and an estate to handle which took a long time....so...............sorry about that....

There is a blemish on the sink and when I called to see if they could come by and look at it to give me their opinion, he told me that I must of damaged it. I sent him photos, text messages and have left voicemails and they haven't called back. It is unfortunate that they aren't even taking the time to review this blemish. They did good work for the majority of the project, and the price was relatively close to what was quoted over the phone. Not owning the finished product, or even taking a look at the blemish has not sit well with me.

Tub looks good, but there was a lot of residue on tile, floor, and walls. Also, cleaning instructions are not clear enough -- the firm should suggest specific products.

Two people worked on my tub. The first person came on time and cleaned and prepped the tub and masked everything off. The second person came a little later to spray on the finish. It was all completed within a few hours. They even put the caulking around the tub, which I thought I was going to have to do after it had cured. The only minor detriment is that there is a little bit of a rough feel in some spots when rubbing my hand across the finish but it looks shiny and beautiful.

Perfection! They were on time as promised. SUPER FRIENDLY. Professional. Bathtub looks brand new and beautiful. I wish I had another tub so I could hire them again.

Excellent work. Looks like new. Took several hours but an excellent job. Very professional workers. Would highly recommend them to others. Work was done 5 months ago and the tub still looks like new.

Ron provided a quote as well as a tentative date on which he'd be out over the phone. He arrived promptly with everything he needed to do the job. He was very careful to keep the spray and smell from leaving the bathroom. You could tell he takes pride in what he does. Process took about 2 hours, and clean-up was thorough. We would recommend him to anyone who would like to save themselves the expense and hassle of replacing a tub.

I called Custom Bath Tub & Tile Reglazers last week. I was quoted a price on the phone (they were running a special discount at the time which I did not know about but they offered anyway) and scheduled an appointment for 9:30 today. Sandy was to come at 9:30 and prepare the work area and Ron would come later and refinish the tub. I was told the entire job would take about 3 hours. Ron called yesterday to reconfirm the appointment. Ron called again this morning and said Sandy would not be able to come, he would be doing the entire job himself. He asked if he could come a little early, which was ok with us. Ron showed up a little before 9:00. I met him at the door and showed him the bathroom and tub. I had removed the shower curtain and all items from the tub and surround so he had a clear work space. Within 5 minutes of arrival, Ron was moving his tools and equipment into the work area and started working. And he kept at it, did not take a break or come over to bs with me or anything else. He was dressed appropriately and had the proper equipment for the job and to protect himself from the dust and fumes. He also took care to protect us and our stuff, covering the bathroom fixtures and cabinets with sheets prior to starting work and using a ventilation fan with flexible duct exhausting outside for the entire time he was working Two hours later, Ron was packing up his equipment. A completed receipt and warranty were sitting on a shelf waiting for me. Ron took me into the bathroom to check out the finished product and go over any questions I had, such as drying time and installation of the drain and overflow parts. I wrote him a check and he headed out the door to his next appointment and I headed to the golf course. I gave an A rating on all aspects of the job. The tub looks excellent. If I have any problems once I start using the tub, I will come back and adjust my rating. If I don't come back, you can assume the everything performed as promised, which I expect. Reglazing of tubs and tile is what this company does and has been doing for many years. They don't install tubs or tub liners or shower doors or tile surrounds or anything else. They just do reglazing and it shows. I am no spring chicken and it has been a long time since I have been this impressed by the type of quality and efficiency that Ron displayed.

Custom Bath Tub were super responsive from the initial e-mail and throughout the process. For quoting purposes, we were able to communicate via e-mail which was great. Once we were interested to schedule, Ron was very responsive and was able to come early (and he called ahead to let us know), Really appreciate the responsiveness of this team. Tub (that was stripped and reglazed today) looks great. Quote was also competitive.

They were great. They were on time, courteous, and my tub looks brand new. Ron called the day prior to my appointment to confirm and when they were running ahead of schedule, he called to let me know.

Absolutely stellar! They were great at communication concerning questions and appointment confirmations! Our tub looked brand new when they were finished! I would sure hire them again if/when I need this type of work done again!

Ron's service and work were impeccable from the first call to the hand shake goodbye. Scheduling was a breeze, and he confirmed the appointment time the day before.  His colleague arrived promptly, stripped the bathtub that the prior owners had painted (yuck!), and then Ron arrived to do the glazing work. All of the work was done in just half a day, as promised, and the work site was properly cleaned.  I highly recommend Ron to restore ugly bathtubs.
