"Had Groundworks install a drainage system and sump pump in our home’s crawl space. Anthony and his crew, Jordon, Uriel, and James were Outstanding. It was a three day job. They were on time every day and worked their tails off each day. It was a muddy job in cramped quarters. They never complained. Anthony kept me updated on the progress they made each day. Anthony shared pictures of the job as it progressed. They cleaned up the job site each day. Anthony went over all the details at the completion of the job and answered all of my questions. The whole process was Great. From the initial inspection done by Kristy to the office staff and the installation. The communication was also Great. I highly recommend Groundworks for a complete and thorough job."

"The individual who visited and prepared the proposal, as well as the installation team, arrived on time, provided helpful and accurate detail on what work would be performed, how, and when, and executed their work in an organized fashion. The installation crew did a thorough cleanup and completed their work on time. Although the bid was competitive compared to others, the work was still more expensive than I felt it should be considering that work took less than a day and used few materials (aside from a sump pump which accounted for 1/3 of the cost). The only negative was that the financial office was unprepared with the necessary paperwork at the time of the work, causing some slight confusion. However, they did get this sorted out quickly and the minor issue did not at all delay or interrupt the work."

I decided to wait till next morning because I knew emergency calls can be very expensive. Next morning I started calling around for someone to come out and look at it but was finding it very difficult to find someone to come out same day. I called 3 or 4 different places and they were all not available or Did not call me back. The only company that responded to me within the hour was JM Plumbing. They were also the only company that were willing to come out same day and gave me an awesome price that beat all competitors by far. The owner agreed to come out to do the work at end of day after his last job, he arrived on time with an assistant. Was very professional, friendly, fast and did an excellent job. Total time installing was about about an hour to hour and a half. He went to buy a new water heater and new hose to replace my old one, gave me all receipts and warranty paperwork . I am very satisfied with the work he did, the heater is working beautifully and I am very pleased with the job done by JM Plumbing. I highly recommend them over anyone in olympia, they do an awesome job for an awesome price!"
