"A fantastic service was provided by Near Me Roofing Company. Ari was always prompt and extremely organised in providing information, tile samples and quotes for my new roof installation. He made the whole process easy to understand and provided an excellent solution to an issue I was having with my guttering. I highly recommend his services."

"I was sitting in a mess after a water leak in my kitchen and a company came out and tore everything to vacuum and dry out the water; they tested it for asbestos and it came back positive. Then another company came and tore out the flooring. I contacted Home Advisors and found K & B Solutions. Bill came out promptly gave me an estimate and even started my hot water heater that the other company forgot to relit. Bill, Kathy, and Scott come in a timely manner and completed the job in record time. They had great design recommendations and even went with me to pick out the flooring and sink. They picked up everything i needed and hauled away the junk. They were caring, prompt, and very efficient. I told them they were an old lady's guardian angels. I would hire them again and would recommend them."

"I hired upper left handyman services to come repair my fence. Chris did an amazing job for a good price. He made sure my animals could still go outside while he did the fence and was super nice. I would call back for any repairs needed!"

Fire Pit Installation questions, answered by experts

Maintain smoke alarms, ensure safe electrical and cooking practices, and regularly clean chimneys to minimize fire or smoke hazards.

Yes, professionals install sprinkler systems for enhanced fire suppression.

You should have either an ABC or K-rated fire extinguisher in the kitchen. ABC fire extinguishers put out wood, trash, paper, plastic, and textile fires along with grease, oil, gas, kerosene, and electrical fires. A class K fire extinguisher is specifically rated for use in the kitchen and is designed to extinguish combustible cooking materials, including grease and fat.

EIFS has several disadvantages, primarily related to cost and moisture. The system tends to have higher upfront installation costs compared to other siding options, and repairs can also be expensive, especially if water damage occurs. A significant downside is its low breathability, which can trap moisture between its layers from either leakage or condensation. This trapped moisture increases the risk of developing mold and rot, which can lead to costly and extensive repairs if not addressed promptly.

Yes, splicing wires can cause a fire if the splicing is done incorrectly. This is why splicing wires is a task best handled by electricians. One of the most common mistakes made when splicing wires is not using a wire connector. Without a wire connector, electricity flows unsheathed and can result in a home electrical fire.
