"Fantastic response, price, and work. Will hire again when needed. We highly recommend this company."

"Fast and efficient! This job entailed removing a 25 foot Willow with a base which had split into a dozen different branches. Due to irrigation system, Rayburn had to manually haul debris to the road. Did job in 1 day and finished cleaning up the next. VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE!"

"Nick Richardson was awesome to work with, for that matter, the whole of SolTerra was great. Nick showed me an overview of what solar power is capable of and then tailored the system to my exact needs. All said and done, I am producing power every day , some days its less than I consume, but on overage ( 2 months and counting) I have over produced and end up with a PUD credit. This company is really easy to work with, and enlightened me to the options of free energy. If you are on the fence about solar power, come on over, you'll be surprised at what you've been missing. Lastly my experience seems to be the norm, I'm super happy and wish that I`d done it sooner, looking at others reviews of SolTerra, I now understand why this company is so highly rated!"

"Great install by qualified staff. Great follow up to fine tune the system to meet my needs. I am overall net zero including charging my EV. Highly recommend solar panels for Tacoma area and especially if you have TPU as service provider as they bank the excess hours produced in summer to use in the winter months."

"Home Squad made me feel comfortable and safe from the first contact, after really listening to my unique circumstances, not only did they schedule me with an expert with solar they also managed to put me in an earlier appointment. The electrician answered all my questions that I asked prior to him even working on my solar panels, the electrician fixed the problem and made sure I was comfortable with him doing the repair, he was not pushy at all, he recommended upgrading my panels sooner rather than later, and he left me a card with information that outline the upgrade. All I got from other companies was an estimate, and this blew me away! They definitely earned my service and you should give them a call. Professional, friendly, and responsive staff on the phones!"

"I had discussions with them regarding installing Solar Tube. They were courteous and provided a number of useful pointers to help me choose between installing a Skylight vs Solatube. The price quoted is reasonable and we are planning to have them install Solatubes for our house next month.

"This review is long overdue in my praise of Washington Energy Services for their customer service, pricing and workmanship ! My first interaction was in 1999 when they installed windows throughout my house. They are still in excellent condition. I might note I called them over 20 years later to inquire on how I could repair a broken slider and they sent someone right out, charging a very nominal amount to repair it. In 2020, I needed to replace my hot water tank, and the extremely knowledgeable Christy presented several options, answering my many questions. I settled on one with a booster that seemed to best fit my needs. Finally, in December 2023, I purchased a new gas furnace from WES. I had a minor issue with a fan switch and they responded quickly to rectify the situation. Within the past two months, I seemed to be having an issue with my thermostat (something they had not installed), and the manager, Greg, came out twice with his crew to explore the problem. Today they installed a new thermostat FREE OF CHARGE! Their excellent response and customer service is beyond any company I have hired. And I particularly love that they are family owned and have been around for decades. Their employees seem to be there for the long haul, which speaks highly of the owner. I refer all my friends and family and I won't go anywhere else for services that they offer. Many thanks to the staff I have interacted with over the past 25 years!"
