"Thank you so much for your great review and my apologies for the human error and lack of diligence. I hope this did not inconvenience you in anyway that resulted in a negative situation."
"Apologies, sir I can feel your frustration for not reading the terms and conditions of the project before accepting and starting. We are not drywall repair specialist therefore we do not quote drywall repair or include in our projects. If we were to perform drywall repair, it would look hideous. This is not a situation of laziness. This is a situation of professions. It is stated in our terms and conditions clearly for everyone to read for this exact purpose to avoid misunderstanding like so. I’m sorry you feel that I failed you. I could’ve done better. I could have read the terms and conditions to you out loud over the phone or in person whichever you pleased. Unfortunately, I am a business owner and a very busy person so at times I cannot read customers contract for them. You forgot to mention that the final inspection passed with no corrections per the national electrical code, and WAC."
"Thank you so much Mrs. [Member Name Removed] for taking time to leave us such a fantastic review, we appreciate it so much! This review makes me so proud."
