"Bulldog Rooter's description says they put you first and boy do they! I called on a Thursday afternoon with a report that no hot water was running in the kitchen i.e. I had frozen pipes! Bulldog was there within 2 hours and discovered the problem was more serious than I knew. The frozen pipe extended 10' into the basement laundry room. The crew came back out the next morning and removed and replaced the frozen section of pipe, insulated both the pipe and inside the walls to keep the problem from re-occurring. I live in another state and was trying to monitor the problem from a distance. Bulldog was great. They called and kept me informed each step of the way. They quoted me a price which was basically dead on. They even sent me photos of the problem so I could see the work they performed. I feel lucky to have found them and will CERTAINLY use and recommend them in the future. Now I just wish they had a shop where I actually live! They are great. A big shout out to Ernie. After entering my contact info, I immediately received a text message from the company's owner, Casey, making himself available for me if I wanted to talk by phone. I had him call me, and he checked in to see what the problem was, what I wanted to do, and to be sure I had heat for the evening. He even offered to drive space heaters to my home if needed, even though he was at least 45 minutes away. He then scheduled to meet with me at my convenience the next day to look at my home and discuss options. During the meeting, Casey was very personable, knowledgeable,and professional about the products and services his company offered and helped me design a heating/air conditioning system to replace my old, inefficient furnace and wall a/c and insulate existing ducts. He also referred me to my utility company to see if rebates were available, which there were. The workers who installed the products were pleasant, professional, and skilled and ensured that their work met the city's requirements so that I was eligible for the rebate. I am very happy with the products and services I received from them and would recommend them to anyone having problems with their heating/air conditioning units or looking to upgrade to more efficient systems.

They are very quick on their response. They dont come out here.
