"We're sorry to see the poor review. As I remember your boyfriend performed the remodel, working around other commitments. We understood we were to communicated and schedule the work with him, which we did. As I understood after the work was completed and talking to you, you had expected us to schedule with him as well as communicate with you each time we talked with him. We misunderstanding and only communicated with him. The dark marks were from the old wire that was in your walls. As the wires were removed, if they touched the tub or floor the disintegrating black outer coating left it's mark, our tech didn't realize it was leaving dark marks as he pulled it out. When he noticed it he communicated with our office and we brought some cleaning solution over and cleaned it up to your boyfriends satisfaction at no added cost. Your wiring wasn't normal in your bathroom and required more time than anyone could have imagined before the drywall was removed showing what was behind the finished walls. The walls were only 1-1/2" thick, normal walls are over 3-1/2" thick. There were dozens of wiring running along the walls spaced an inch or two apart with no physical protection from nail or screw damage. We were required to have custom sheets of metal cut to fit over the wires not only where they went through the studs but also between the studs as the inspector wanted the protection as there wasn't the required 1-1/2" space between the front of the wall and the wire. This had to be done on all four walls, with the wall behind the tub almost completely covered with only spaces left for the drywall to be screwed to the studs. There have been recent code changes in Washington and any circuits we do anything with have to have new arch fault and GFI protection devices installed that are expensive. For the trim out, yes the wiring was installed in the bathroom walls, the wiring for added circuits to the existing panel on an outside wall were left in the attic at rough-in as one tech did the rough-in and he needed a second set of hands to help get the wires down a finished outside wall into the existing panel. So there was additional work done at trim out you probably were not aware of or didn't see, as well as the cost for the additional arch fault/GFI devices on all the circuits in the bathroom we changed devices in and the baseboard heater and thermostat. There was updating the panel schedule and also at least one outlet in the bathroom that needed the device installed. We have to work with actual conditions we encounter and your work had more than one item that increased the difficulty level. We installed the work safely, upgraded to the current code requirements. I regret that the value of that wasn't visible but assure you the work was done to code, made as safe as possible and steps were taken that satisfied you boyfriend as things came up. We also understood that by not keeping you in the loop as you had anticipated, your frustration is understandable."
I feel as though I got ripped off.
"Hi [Member Name Removed], I noticed your post and wanted to give you a reply even if it is a late response. One of our hardest jobs is knowing how much time a project is going to take or what our technician has to complete before they can go on the next call when our office is scheduling time. Your call was in the morning, I'm sorry our technician didn't call you to let you know he was running late. I looked over the paperwork from the work, including the 33 point safety check that our technician performed on your home. Many times when our technicians are in 40+ year old homes they find things that are not ideal and in making the changes or repairs it involves a little more work than what it may look like to the home owner. We get a lot of great compliments and unfortunately you didn't feel you got that service from our call, I am sorry that it took longer to perform the work than you expected. Warm Regards, Brent Loney Warm Regards, Brent Loney."

"Thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to give us a review, and a great review at that!"
"I want to thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on our company! We know from our own experiences how hard it is to select a company that you are not familiar with to come into your home, and how valuable it is to be able to hear from other people on the experiences they have had. Your positive review just made our day! It is so critical in helping us stay focused on what's really important, and that is how you feel about the service you received. I want to thank you again for providing us with that information. Have a happy holiday season and enjoy your new lights. Warm Regards, Brent Loney President"
They were prompt, efficient, and professional. Very pleased.

Thank You! Brent Loney, BCL Electric"
I told the BCL representative that I needed a repair done on an upstairs bedroom closet light fixture as soon as possible.
I attempted to reinstall one of the fluorescent lights causing sparks and smoke to emit from one of the light fixture outlets.
Also the light fixture itself was never properly attached to the wall causing it to be very unstable.
The BCL representative told me that they could get one of their electricians out to my house within an hour.
