I simply cannot say enough good things about this business. From the fabulous team, Don, Amy, Jeff, Ken, Ben, Erica, Ashley and everyone else on the team, to the top-notch service they provide. My experience with them has been nothing but positive. In a time that can be extremely stressful they continued to communicate and show up on time, if not early, every time. And their follow-up care has also been amazing. I highly recommend this business! They are trustworthy and provide the small town feel I appreciate. A+

Horrible Experience in so many ways.
First, they installed the entire row of plumbing for 1 bathroom a foot off from the plans.  Since it wasn't discovered until after radiant and floors and concrete were laid, there was no way to repair it.  Instead of an apology, all I got was, "Well, it doesn't matter whose fault it is, what matters is what do you want to do about it?"  That is precisely what the installer said.  Ken Himself didn't even allow the word "Sorry" or "I apologize" to exit his mouth.  No offer to decrease costs.  
Instead of an apology, he nickled and dimed us for everything that had to be changed, whether it was our mistake or his guys' mistake.  
Just discovered today that they installed the wrong water valves (Different than what I wanted, but he never asked me what I wanted or told me that what he installed would prevent me from buying half of the water control valves on the market).  He said he can't fix it because drywall already happened. 
They put the pot filler only 10 inches off the stove.  What good is a pot-filler that is only 10 inches high?  I could carry a 10 inch pot to the sink.  I need it for BIG pots, so I don't have to carry a Huge pot of water.  I am sure he will try to charge me to fix that as well.
What else?  Too small of a pipe to master bath, that had to be replaced.  THere were so many things they did shoddy.  I can't begin to enumerate them.
For the amount of money he has charged me, he should be plating my bathrooms with Gold, not installing the cheapest parts and chewing me out for his mistakes.
I haven't lived in the house yet to see if all of the actual assemblage was good.  I will update down the road if I run into more problems. 

arrived as arranged and got the job done promptly. He has worked here several times and so he now knows what to expect. Checks pressures and cleans out the valves.

We where scheduled for a later date and they called to see if they could come early, who does this? It is usually a call to ccme later. Excellent job! best plumbers around.

Steve replaced our old water heater and was very good at his work. This was all part of and quot;deferred maintenance issuesand quot; on a house my wife and I have rented out to tenants for the past twelve years and have returned to as our principal residence. A few days later we had an emergency when I was trying to attach a washer hook-up, and the shut off valve failed. All the crews were out on jobs, but the boss, Ken Paulson, showed up within 5-10 minutes, fixed the problem temporarily, and today Steve completed the job first thing in the morning. I'm happy to recommend them and would be happy to work with them again.

It went very well. I was and am very pleased. These men are honest, courteous, professional and efficient. I recommend them to anyone needing plumbing done. They were careful while doing the work, to not track mud into my house (even though the main crawl space they had to work in had the entry inside the house ~ under my laundry room), and to put the lawn back like they found it as much as possible (they had to dig a trench to lay the new pipe to the meter).

They had an extremely quick and efficient response and staffed work with minimum cost to me. I called him last night and he was at my house first thing in the morning. As an overall experience all of it was an "A."
