He was very friendly, thorough, and went above and beyond to make sure he tested everything I was looking for. He eased my mind and he even gave me home advice outside of just the mold inspection. The inspection price was incredibly reasonable and the bid to do some work was as well. He could have tried to oversell me on things due to my lack of knowledge about mold but in the end my house was in good shape and he eased my worries and gave me peace of mind which was well worth the price! We received a full roof inspection without the treatment. An inspection was probably needed but not planned for.
