Patiently troubleshooted my spa, working through three issues and repairing each one until it was done. Polite, kind, and great to work with!

All the folks at Black Bear Spa from Ann that set up the appointment and did follow-up to Tyree and Will that did the work ... they are just great. All indications were I needed a new pressure switch and a follow-up visit but just to be thorough we drained the spa and Tyree and Will went over everything. Turns out there was a little piece of cloth in the pump. They removed that and with everything else checked out we refilled and it started up and worked perfectly. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, friendly. And they got the job done. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend them.

The person who came out did their best and tried to be helpful. Customer service from the company was not terribly pleasant and, with two trips an dover $300 later no repair could be done. They blamed the design of our hot tub.

Corey, Tyree and Ann are all amazing! They were a great company to work with. Our pool never looked better! Their prices were much more reasonable than our former pool company and the pool always looked better. When I have a backyard event I can always call and they usually fit me in the schedule even when it is last minute.

My hot tub is working again and Tyree and company did a great job. We had a couple of delays in getting started from my side and theirs but once all parts were received, the work was done and the techs were courteous and professional. I'm glad I decided to get the tub repaired.

The team at Black Bear Spas is FANTASTIC - from scheduling all along to actual service, everyone is friendly, professional, on time, happy to answer questions/show you how your spa works, and the quality of work is outstanding. They even scrubbed the spa cover! I have used them 3 times so far and they will always be my go-to folks for my hot tub service/repair.
