"I recently had 5 bedroom windows, one Living room window, and a Sliding glass door installed by Renewal By Anderson. The team arrived at the time they said they were going to arrive. They placed mats down to protect the floors. I had a large water bed in on room which the guys took care of and were willing to work around. I had bars on another window which I was able to cut off but the bolts remained. They were able to cut the bolts out for me. Thanks Cody G, Tyler P, and Justin R. for your hard work!"
"Harley Exteriors installed new windows and a sliding glass door for our backyard den. Their work greatly improved our space. They were responsive to small issues and we plan on going with Harley in the future for other parts of the house. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking to install quality windows."
"Normal 0 From start to finish our experience with Lake Washington Windows & Doors was outstanding. Other window installers had told us our 1982 Weathervane wood windows couldn't be retrofitted with inserts and had to be full-frame replacements. So we were pleasantly surprised when Adrian, owner of Lake Washington Windows & Doors, told us inserts were no problem as long as the frame was in good shape. He carefully inspected every window and frame and determined which could be retrofitted and which were damaged enough to need full-frame replacements. He asked a lot of detailed questions and took the time to help us figure out exactly what we wanted. Since they were able to do inserts on the majority of the windows their estimate came in way below the others. They did an excellent job and the windows and doors look great. The installation work started and ended on schedule and every crew member was professional and courteous. The "stain guy" sub Peter matched existing interior millwork perfectly. There were some minor hiccups along the way (no job this size is without them) but response was immediate to make things right. In one case we didn't even have to ask--Adrian saw a window he wasn't happy with and arranged for it to be reinstalled. Adrian and his whole team were great to work with, and quality and customer satisfaction are clearly points of pride. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again."
"Sean was awesome from the get-go. He was incredibly responsive, answered all my questions, and gave me a "best guess" number over the phone even before he had seen the window that was being replaced. He then showed up with his team (exactly on time) and they did the measurements and were right on with their initial estimate. The glass was a few weeks out to order (given the size) but right when they got it, Sean called and set up a delivery. Again, they were right on time within the window that they said for doing the install and were quick to get the old window out, and the new one put in place. It went perfectly, and it looks as good as new. I will use them again any time I have anything glass related 100%. Thanks guys."
"We had a few possible leaks in our bedroom windows, they were picture windows that did not open, where we already planned to have them replaced in the long run with ones that open to get some air in the bedroom. So, we requested a few bids and decided to hire WCV to do the replacement. Our house has dozens of large windows, that someday will need to be replaced, so we were looking for a company that had the capability to do a job at that scale some time in the future. Jamie was very clear, straightforward, organized and professional. We knew exactly what to expect and when to expect it. The whole process took about 6 weeks, as the windows had to be manufactured as they were custom, we also had a holiday in the middle of that time period. The guys arrived yesterday on time, where they quickly and professionally installed the windows, cleaned up the mess, and were done! We are very happy with their work."

Start by attaching the mirror to a wall stud if possible. Next, use appropriate hardware for the mirror's size and the wall material. That could look like drywall anchors, toggle bolts, or self-drilling anchors to ensure a strong hold. Additionally, D-rings or hanging brackets are more secure than a nail. You can also use mirror adhesive to secure small or larger mirrors with a vanity as a base.
Bathroom mirrors weigh between 6 and 13 pounds, depending on the size. A 16x20-inch mirror weighs 6 pounds, while a 24x36-inch bathroom mirror weighs 12.5 pounds. Large mirrors, such as a 30x40-inch mirror, weigh 46 pounds. When installing or hanging a bathroom mirror, have a neighbor or partner assist you in lifting and holding the mirror in place. A second set of eyes can also help ensure the mirror is centered and level.
The easiest way for DIYers to smooth the edges of cut glass is to use sandpaper. Wearing protective gloves, gently sand the sharp edges smooth using low-grit sandpaper and working up to high-grit sandpaper. You can also use a multitool with a rotating sandpaper cylinder to make quicker work of the project.
If you decide to forgo your old windows and upgrade them to modern day technology, there may be some people interested in the old windows. You can try selling them on an online marketplace for around $50 to $100 each (so long as the window wasn’t damaged during the removal). This can also help off set the overall price to replace them.
White vinegar, water, and baking soda create a natural cleaning solution that is highly effective against brown stains on the oven door. Mix one cup of baking soda, one-fourth cup of water, and one teaspoon of vinegar into a paste. Spread it evenly onto the oven glass and let it sit for 15 to 20 minutes. Then, scrape the mixture off with a plastic spatula. Wipe the glass with white vinegar to remove any remaining baking soda.
