He then showed up with his team (exactly on time) and they did the measurements and were right on with their initial estimate. The glass was a few weeks out to order (given the size) but right when they got it, Sean called and set up a delivery. Again, they were right on time within the window that they said for doing the install and were quick to get the old window out, and the new one put in place. So, we requested a few bids and decided to hire WCV to do the replacement. The whole process took about 6 weeks, as the windows had to be manufactured as they were custom, we also had a holiday in the middle of that time period.
