They placed mats down to protect the floors. I had a large water bed in on room which the guys took care of and were willing to work around. "Ali and his team did really nice work installing 3 panes of glass, including a really odd sized piece. Even though the job was small they were able to come out quickly to take measurements and they gave me competitive pricing. Both Ali and his technician were communicative, prompt and helpful. I found one more pane of glass that needed replacing about a week after they originally came and got the same prompt, friendly, and professional service. When I told Ali I was trying to get my house on the market within the next week he went out of his way to expedite the glass and install it at no extra charge to me. They did great work and I'd definitely hire them again if I ever need more glass replacement."

He was incredibly responsive, answered all my questions, and gave me a "best guess" number over the phone even before he had seen the window that was being replaced. He then showed up with his team (exactly on time) and they did the measurements and were right on with their initial estimate. The glass was a few weeks out to order (given the size) but right when they got it, Sean called and set up a delivery. Again, they were right on time within the window that they said for doing the install and were quick to get the old window out, and the new one put in place. "I needed someone to lay a bead of caulk down on the gap between the tile shower walls and the fiberglass bottom of a standing shower.  I had done this several years ago myself but the caulk I used was peeling away and needed to be replaced.  I had taken the old caulk out and cleaned the area thoroughly.  The person from Mr. Handyman came out and laid down an industrial caulk which after 2 year seems to be holding up very well.
