They were all very professional and they explained very clearly what work needed to be done and where they would need to cut into walls and ceilings. He gave me an up front estimate and held to it....he diagnosed the problem and tried ti solve the issue without digging up the drain line....unfortunately I have to dig up a section where he believes where the break in the drain line is located.
