They offer nondisclosure agreements for poor experiences and service from the company. Do not trust their reviews. Keep searching for quotes. Thoroughly displeased with my contract/work with DaBella. First, they are liars to get sales. I was told my siding was so bad it needed replaced, with full teardown, due to it being a fire hazard. The area supervisor, Chris , now assures me that it did not need the teardown and was not so bad and could be used as the substrate for the new siding. Unfortunately, that was just the start of the frustration. They show up unannounced multiple times to deliver supplies. Then they showed up and started wrapping my house immediately. It was not until I questioned it upon arriving home and they took it down to examine what they were covering...at least there. Who knows if they did a thorough job. Back and forth with Chris was a frustration. I gave up and said just put the stupid siding on. My mistake. I get to do the touchups apparently. I would expect a $34000 project to not need owners to do touchups immediately. Further, when told a trash trailer will be delivered and a porta potty, and it is this big teardown and siding replacement, the price seemed ok. Stupid me, I did not keep searching for quotes. They SOUNDED honest. Boy how I was wrong. Oh and they offered me a nondisclosure agreement for $1000 refund. Nope. The world deserves honesty. And only crappy service needs nondisclosure agreements.

I hired DeBella to do some siding work on my home after having a high pressured sales person push us into a contract. They have not done a good job at all. I now have leaks coming from the siding, and a section of siding was not replaced on the second level. When I asked them to come out to correct the installation mistakes, the service tech showed up with a caulk gun and just caulked a few areas. I am still having leaks and now they tell me I am being a nuisance. I dont find them to be very professional and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Can't answer after 5+ months THEY HAVEN'T STARTED WE FONT KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON

Shane and Martha did a wonderful job at helping me with my shower project. They helped me with awesome financing and a safe and secure unit that meets my needs perfectly!!! so excited. great company. they also loved my cats!

I ordered new gutters with facia. The saleman did not check a box on the paperwork, and they installed the new gutters on water-damaged facia boards. They REFUSE to replace the facia now that gutters are installed, even though it was THEIR ERROR. Supposedly they did not charge me for the facia boards. The installer did a poor job of the gutters because in one highly visible area by my front porch their is a joint where two boards come together at 90 degrees at a corner. One board hangs down below the other more than an inch. It is completely misaligned and looks TERRIBLE. I told them about this and they REFUSE to fix it. For several months now I have been complaining to the same sales staff person that there is one corner of the gutter that has a clearly visible drip. I have taken pictures and reminded him that I need it fixed several times. The gutters were installed in February! So it has been WELL over 3 months that I have been asking for this repair. So far I still have not been told when to expect someone to come out. As for the facia, the only solution I was offered was that if I had my siding replaced by them they could replace the facia and gutters at that time. Also take note that before the gutters I also had Dabella install a very expensive new roof, with a 50-year warranty. AND I also had them replace ALL of my windows with their most expensive, best-performing triple-pane windows. I have been more than a loyal customer, never demanding, and wrote a gleaming review for them immediately after the roof install (which went quite well, as did the windows install). I am definitely not satisfied with how I am being treated considering how much business I gave this company. And the gutters? Well I am not very happy with the corners. The seams are cut jagged and look ugly to me. But I am still really mad about the facia. The rotten wood was 50% of why i wanted new gutters. I initially contacted them to fix the rotten facia and replace the gutters that caused the damage to begin with. Then they upsold me on a new roof. Then after the gutters (which I fully expected to get fixed, facia and all) were installed I decided to get the windows. I feel like I am being ignored. I wonder what kind of warranty service to expect from them in the future. Clearly they are not honoring their warranty on the leaky gutter. My confidence has weaned considerably in them.

Installation crew actually showed up months early of what was promised their workmanship in friendliness has been great they’ve done an awesome job of tidying up after themselves

Shane, Chance, and everyone on the DaBella team were amazing. They did a wonderful job on my new shower and I couldnâ t be happier!

Our project is on their books but not yet completed. We thoroughly recommend Chad and Darren. They were efficient and thorough in their inspection and respectful of our time in presenting their proposal. We got several other bids, did our research and hands down, DaBella was our first choice, especially with Darren's ability to get it in our price range. They both deserve a bonus for their professionalism and respectful manner.

Eric and Jared were super helpful in getting the windows set up to be installed for my home. They helped me fit as many new windows as I could for my budget and have been very pleasant to work with. Can't wait to see how the project goes.

Shane came and took pictures of the roof from the inside of the attic. Most revealing. Shane found that there were several area's that had been leaking but had not yet leaked inside house itself. The baffles were a mess but had kept the rain from penetrating further. I'm so happy to have my new roof. I won't have to worry about it leaking now. The workers were a delight to work with as well. They were all very professional and knowledgeable. I now have the best roof in the area!!!! They were all very professional and knowledgeable.

Shane came out to take a look at our roof that was leaking. He identified 2 additional leaks we r ere unaware of and worked hard to get asolution in place. We're excited to have the beat roof on the block!

Ray, who came to our house to give us a bid, explained everything in detail, helped us understand the process, and was very personable.
