They were really easy to work with, and did a beautiful job. They were able to start work on our floors a day or two after we contacted them which was great. They refinished our hardwood floors. Plus, they removed an area of tile and replaced it with hardwood wood. Their price was the best.

Nelson and his team were able to flex their schedules to fit us in on our tight deadline (we had them in to refinish our parquet floors from the 70's). They were on time, professional, and the price was very reasonable. We texted with Nelson after the first day and he promptly answered our questions before returning the second day to complete the job. Would hire again!

Nelson reached out to me via messaging the same day and offered to come over to view the work. He was very prompt, came over to give a quote the very next day. We were waiting on some other work to be completed before we could work with Nelson and he was patient. For the work, the team he sent was very professional and kept the home clean. The team worked late hours to complete the second coat of polish. They came in the next day only to realize that the coat was not fully dry. They pushed out the final coat to the next day and came in promptly on time to finish the work. The other professionals would not even discuss anything on homeadvisor message process. Certainly recommend them for work.

Owner communicated really well and when a problem emerged that I thought was company error, went above and beyond to address it. Turns out it wasn't their fault, and I was really impressed by his graciousness.

Nelson was great. He came out and provided the quote and we scheduled the day for the team to come out to put the sample colors down for me. I had the project completed while I was on vacation and was thrilled with the results when I returned. I would recommend giving the your business.
