Because we did nothing wrong in the first place to need to provide any services to you for this latest water damage. As a courtesy, Lloyd removed the glue residue because you wanted to "just keep your concrete floors". As an even more courtesy, We offered you the Apoxy paint. All at no charge for you. Because he was extending kindness and compassion as our customer. The Apoxy paint is strong and durable and easy to clean. Lloyd offered you the respect to replace the trim at no charge that you deemed lighter from our crew cleaning up. Lloyd tried to fit you in as best as he could. Lloyd was taking care of you outside our routine scheduled jobs. He did not have the office bear any responsibility for your job. Because he was taking care of it. He was fitting you in and working with you. We did nothing wrong with the glue installation and only provided you the residue removal and paint as a huge courtesy. Whoever you spoke to on the Glue application and your product didn't know what they are talking about. In the future trust the team working for you and that know your project. Instead of talking to someone who does not know your project details. We are deeply disappointed that it had to turn to your public negative reviews.
