Allegiant came to ?fix? at no cost my floors that had LVP installed. They did the original work. After a flood ServPro had to remove the flooring but it was glued down and not salvageable. The manufacturer replied to my inquiry about the use of glue and said the LVP was therefore installed improperly. I was left with a glue mess on my laundry and mud room floors, which are concrete. My understanding was the glue would be removed and the concrete sealed. It was painted and the job was sloppy as you can see from the attached photos. I?m so very disappointed as they did amazing work doing the original installation. Allegiant has offered to come repair or replace my baseboards. My baseboards and walls are brand new. Fixing the baseboards is only part of the problem. The painted concrete looks cheap and ugly.

Excellent craftsmanship. Part of our house suffered water damage and Allegiant did an impeccable job replacing the bad section and refinishing the entire maple hardwood floor in the room. It looks so good we?re planning to hire Lloyd to refinish the rest of the house. Highly recommend.
