"Work was completed, but with a lot of issues and lack of communication. Mostly listening and attention to detail. Items purchased/installed without consultation. Wrong doors purchased. Shower walls already detaching from drywall. Had to replace already new water heater because they hooked/unhooked/moved it so many times it fried the electrical board inside it. No accountability for mistakes. Plumbing company in town won't work with them anymore because of their conduct. They didn't know a blower door test was required to pass inspection, so did the work myself. Was constantly told "I'm not making much money off of this" as a way to skirt responsibility. JOBC made the quote, and was told that there was a specific budget. IMO wasn't willing to constantly pay more money, so other jobs took priority. They smoked marijuana in the driveway while working. Not opposed to that generally, but not professional. Was being sued by another client and asked for . Won't hire again."

Within the past two months, I seemed to be having an issue with my thermostat (something they had not installed), and the manager, Greg, came out twice with his crew to explore the problem. Today they installed a new thermostat FREE OF CHARGE! Their excellent response and customer service is beyond any company I have hired. And I particularly love that they are family owned and have been around for decades. Their employees seem to be there for the long haul, which speaks highly of the owner. I refer all my friends and family and I won't go anywhere else for services that they offer. Many thanks to the staff I have interacted with over the past 25 years!"
