We have been using Prograss for about a year. They do our lawn maintenance, cleanup, pruning, and sprinkler maintenance. We are happy with their work. They are professional and very responsive to our needs.

It went well.

About what was expected but I had hoped for a little more "extra" here and there without asking just to make make me feel better. Two men came over on an unexpected day and did most of the work except for the ramp, but they didn't seem to have their heart in it...just doing the job. The main contact man came by and is better to deal with. All in all, okay, but they did a better job last year or so when they came. I might hire again, but would look around a bit before I called them.

Went great. Have & will hire again. Saw & repaired some problem sprinkler heads.

They do different stuff. They come out once a month and it is just the lawn care. It is very good. Kelly White is the person that comes out. If he catches me at home then we go over things, but if I am not home then they just do their job and hang the involce from on what they have done on the front door. If I needed anything I can always call or email him and he responds right back. I feel the price monthly is very good because I don't have to get out and do it. Plus when I did it myself the cost of the weed and feed after you buy the bags and every thing it is more than $43 plus the labor. He does a good job. He also does the rodent and pest control like spraying for spiders and bugs. He just comes. I am on a monthly schedule with them.

I have a lot of construction going on in the property that sold behind me. There were a lot of trees and evidently they had rats. I knew that once they started clearing the rats were going to be coming my way -- they certainly did. Because I had a lot of hanging baskets I would water them daily and I saw rat poop up on my front porch railing and up on the wall. I mentioned this when Kelly was out when he was out doing weed control and fertilization. He told me they had pest control and they could get rid of the spiders and insects. I told him I saw some ants outside. So he was going to put me on that. So he came out with the rat traps -- the big black boxes where they crawl in. He put them in two locations He put poison in those little traps on 8/21/2017. It seems to be working. I have never had the pest control so I don't know what other companies charge.

The guy that did the pruning was excellent because he said he tried to leave me buds. I said thank you so I can have flowers. He trimmed them up really nicely because they were just getting too large. That's a lot of work, picking up those things and the trimming and stuff. They cleaned up after themselves, hauled everything away and they did a good job. I was here while he was doing it so one of the guys would always come and ask me what I wanted done with the various things I had in my yard. For the amount of work that they did, because landscaping, even digging it up is expensive.

Yes, I would use them again.

I hope with this post, I save someone else the time, money and dissatisfaction that I have endured. I would never hire this company again even if they were the only company available! Not only were they slow to respond or never did, they did not do what was asked. I told them when the estimator came out, specifically what I wanted to be done. They have come out twice now to complete the original task that SHOULD have been completed the first time out and they are still not done. This was not cheap either - the bill was for $1100.00 for the entire project - which still has not been completed. I have gotten lame excuses that the right tools were not brought out and they would be back. HA! How can a landscape company come out, knowing what had to be done and not have the right tools? The customer service phone line did not work and it took up to 4 days for a reply to my email. The customer service line was not working for a good 3 weeks. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO BUILD A BUSINESS. Another thought. They did come out eventually to rectify this but they did [seemed to me] try to cover up the moss removal I had asked for but was not done. The estimate was done the first part of June and here it is in August! FYI.

I wasn't all that pleased with that service and maybe I didn't know what the service was supposed to do. Whatever the process was that they did it turned my lawn black. I only had them out one time. The pricing was fine. I wasn't home, it was just the service that they did.

Prograss gave me a great price and rheir work is terrific. I would definitely recommend them.

They were very nice to work with. We were very pleased. They were very responsive. They did everything they said they'd do. They were very good. I thought it was a fair price. They were very responsive when we asked them questions, when we told them that we just felt it was too wet to seed so they told us to call them when we felt our yard was ready. Because we live in a very wet area. Then they made an appointment and came on time. We'd expected that they'd probably do followup but we didn't hear from them again.

It was not great but okay. They should kill the moss. I called them since the moss didn't die and they said they would send somebody back out but they never did. I had used them again to aerate the grass. I said, "Hey guys, you never came back and kill the moss. Could you do that while you're here?" They've also never called for any follow-up. I had to quote to them that they had given me a different quote on the written statement for the aerating. Finally, they honored the estimate that the guy did when he was here and killed the moss. I like to be on-site when work is done on my property and they couldn't accommodate that. They should have accommodated my schedule.
